Your closing question gets at something worth naming: most small teams don&#39;t outgrow the tool, they outgrow their setup inside it. What usually happens is that a workspace built for three people and one client accumulates statuses and fields as clients are added, and the weight people describe is that accumulation rather than the platform. That&#39;s part of why a lighter starting template comes up as a wish for ClickUp, and why monday&#39;s training library gets mentioned so often, since the real skill is knowing what not to turn on.
