Not able to download the file in PDF, which is from the steps beyond you. For example, when you submit it and it reaches to the step of chair review, the document uploaded by the chair is available to read online but not able to download. Not sure why. The best and most helpful part was first building a strong relationship with our Implementation Team, Project Managers, and Client Success Managers. The most helpful aspect of Watermark Faculty Success is that it gives the power to faculty members in that it allows them to control their own user profile. Faculty members are able to showcase all of their accomplishments in one space. The input of this information can be used by countless processes on campus including for applying for sponsored projects, promotion and tenure, other evaluative processes. I like that we save a ton of paper--we used to use at least a ream of paper per faculty member per year on annual review. I like that the paperless format is userfriendly.

The most helpful thing about Watermark Faculty Success is the user friendly and intuitive workflow. For coordinators and administrators the creation of templates and schedules is fully customizable and works as advertised. This product was not useful to us because it relied on faculty inputting data. The data input process was cumbersome and because it was just repeating records held elsewhere (google scholar, etc.).
