WA\ is medical-grade AI for every part of the medical system, from the consult room to the front desk. Most tools in this category are ambient scribes: they draft the note and stop there. The only randomised trial of ambient scribes found that saves about 41 seconds a note and doesn't shorten the working day, because the letters, the coding, the results and the inbox all happen after the patient leaves. WA\ covers that half. WA\ Clinician: a briefing before the patient sits down, the note drafted in the room, referral and clinic letters, and ICD-10 coding drafted against Medical Decision Making criteria, with cited answers. WA\ Admin: answers phone, email, web and WhatsApp; books; takes deposits; raises invoices; verifies eligibility; works claims and backfills cancellations — on the same record.
