**What do you like best about VView?**

VView has a lot of pre built templates. Honestly it is very easy for colleagues like me who do not like to adopt new software easily. Also, reporting is a key issue for most of the teams, if it is yours as well own your reports using VView

**What do you dislike about VView?**

When I started using VView I tried to draw parallels with power BI. There maybe some additional features in power BI, however VView is still very easy to use and has most of the capabilities.

**What problems is VView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been trying to use VView for both internal and external use cases. Internally, helps us to manage our productivity and for external use cases it has helped us improve customer service
