Click and start accessing your resources. **What do you dislike about Vultr?** VULTR makes it very difficult to meaningfully pause or migrate data. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Vultr?** Vultr is an excellent platform for Cloud servers, Cloud Storage and Virtual Private Server(VPS). It provides various VPS instances. And it supports operating systems like Windows, Linux and MacOS. Vultr instances are highly scalable and secure. We can get an instance starting from $10 per month. **What do you dislike about Vultr?** There is nothing to dislike about Vultr. It has all the good features. A few things that need improvement are server up-time, Data Center locations and Migrations to new instances. Else everything is fantastic. **What problems is Vultr solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Vultr for VPS (Virtual Private Server). I use Ubuntu(Linux) server to host websites and web services. Vultr is the best and most affordable for the VPS. I got an instance for $10 per month. We can choose instances based on our requirements. There are various kinds of Instances with different operating systems available. We can choose custom specifications like RAM and CPUs based on our requirements. The free credit promotion expires and rolls into billing quite smoothly, but escaping the billing loop and knowing how much you're on the hook for wasn't as obvious or refined as with Linode. The VMs perform well compared to some of the most famous competitors, offering one of the best cost-benefit ratios on the market. They offer virtual servers in Brazil! **What do you dislike about Vultr?** Regarding the price, there are still more competitive international providers. We miss SSD blockstorage in more locations, like Brazil. I like the overall value proposition and hope they can correct the recent drop-off in customer support as evidenced by other recent reviews. Everything indicates that this cloud is evolving well, it is backed by very fast hardware (drives, cpu's, network) and, once it works, it is very reliable. However... **What do you dislike about Vultr?** Specifically, I opened up an account last week and tried to deploy to their Kubernetes stack. Introduction of documented features (shared storage) resulted in a non-functional cloud stack. I have thus far filed three separate tickets and only received back blanket statements that show that the support team is not reviewing the stated issue. Why three? They don't respond to tickets past the first response, so new tickets are necessary. I hope to change this review in the near future, but thus far their Kubernetes offering simply isn't working reliably for me and I'm getting zero follow up to resolve the issue. Again, I want these guys to succeed. I want this thing to work, but at this point it simply isn't. **What problems is Vultr solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have a Kubernetes service which promises to provide excellent performance at a reduced cost run from a bootstrapped company out of Florida. Our company uses it for our lab environments, as its great to spin up a new instance and test without any hassle. Since it's easier than many other hosting providers, each employee can use it with very little training or assistance. **What do you dislike about Vultr?** Vultr could provide more automation when it comes to backup and replication of instances. The VPS backup is very limited, if I was using it for production uses I would want a more comprehensive backup, allowing me to backup more (it only allows 2 backups) and allow for more complex scheduling. As well it would be nice to have the ability to have a VPS replicated in two data center locations. Their support is very poor, they don't go the extra mile to help. No phone support, even if you want to pay for it. Infrastructure seems old and outdated which then relates to their poor support when things go haywire. We have had nothing but poor support from them when needing them the most.
