The feature of operating without the use of hands makes it easier for the pickers since it requires no regular checking on the paper pick list. **What do you dislike about VOXWARE?** One of the weaknesses of Voxware VMS is the need to have a stable internet connection. As is expected, the absence of a network translates to the fact that the entire voice-picking system ceases to work. **What problems is VOXWARE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Voxware VMS effectively takes over all sorts of routine activities that are otherwise performed by pickers and cuts down their dependence on pick-lists.
