**What do you like best about Voodo SMS?**

I found Voodo to be great for my business. From their product features to send mass texts and video tutorials to the free account startup. I found that this software makes my life that sends my customers SMS easy and convenient.

**What do you dislike about Voodo SMS?**

The pricing model is a little confusing where the website doesn't really tell you how the pricing works. I found that I had to use customer support to figure it out!

**Recommendations to others considering Voodo SMS:**

If you want to try an SMS that might actually have an impact Voodo makes the most sense to try!

**What problems is Voodo SMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found that the majority of my customers are online and on their phones. The problem was my customers started to get tired of scrolling on their phone and SMS lets me contact my customers rather than just email or social media. I found that different segments of my customers would want different contact methods. I found that I kept wanting to reach more people a lot of people overlook this type of contact, but I found great success! Love it!

**What do you like best about Voodo SMS?**

1)customer satisfaction is always on priority for Voodoo sms.All their data is SSL encrypted
2)They offer their services at just 2.2 p per text
3) There is no contract,subscription or credit expirations
4)They have outstanding round the clock 24x7 customer service

**What do you dislike about Voodo SMS?**

Their API could definitely use a little improvement.getDLR status method sometimes doesn't work.

**Recommendations to others considering Voodo SMS:**

The pricing is the deal breaker here. Please go for it

At voodoo they are always improving themselves.Their pricing and features such as analytics really help to suffice the customer needs.
