The best part was to have my business phone number on my existing devices without any additional equipment. It was much easier to use and maintain. I have used their voice messages and SMS quite significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like being able to use the app on my phone and have it separate from my cell phone. I like that the bills are consistent each month. They are easy to understand and there are never any surprises. Some of the items on the online portal are not always intuitive in the admin area. Sometimes it takes a little while to connect to a representative when calling in with technical issues. There are a lot of glitches with Vonage. On an almost every day basis, there are moments where my colleagues and I are unable to hear the other end of the phone call.
