**What do you like best about Volunteer Matrix?**

The software does a lot and can track things pretty easily. Not a lot of fuss.

**What do you dislike about Volunteer Matrix?**

For being software, I don't find it making my life too much different than how I was tracking things before. With the exception being that now everything is in one place. 

**What problems is Volunteer Matrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us cut down on using multiple programs to track everything, which does cut down on some time.
