**What do you like best about Voksha — AI Receptionist for Small Businesses?**

What I like best is that it actually answers every call, even after hours, and doesn't sound robotic doing it. Callers get real answers or a quick appointment booked instead of hitting voicemail. Setup was quick too, didn't need any dev help to get it running. 

For a small team, it basically covers what a full time receptionist would, at a much lower cost, and the call notes it leaves after hours save us a good chunk of time each morning.

**What do you dislike about Voksha — AI Receptionist for Small Businesses?**

Honestly, the only real gripe is that it can struggle with heavy accents or background noise on the call, so it occasionally asks callers to repeat themselves. Would also like a bit more customization on how it phrases responses without digging into settings.

**What problems is Voksha — AI Receptionist for Small Businesses solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's stopped us from losing calls and leads outside business hours, since someone (or something) is always picking up now instead of it going to voicemail. It's also freed up a good amount of time for our small team since we're not manually handling routine scheduling and FAQ calls anymore.
