The setup was super easy too; we signed the contract and went live the next day, with most of the process handled by VOIDS' team. I also appreciate the fair pricing and the good value it offers. The frequent updates are beneficial because most of the release features come with a value improvement, which I can already see in almost eliminating out-of-stock situations. Improvements in the forecasting quality have been key for me, and the corresponding schema of different warehouses, particularly how they are connected within Amazon and Shopify, helps to map my supply chain problem. The initial setup is quite easy since most of the data is pulled directly from Shopify and Amazon. **What do you dislike about VOIDS Inventory Management?** I think VOIDS Inventory Management could improve by supporting more Shopify or Amazon stores in particular regions. It's also super easy to place an order, which only takes a couple of minutes. VOIDS lets me see easily when orders will arrive and when products will be restocked. Tasks that used to take me many hours before are now completed within minutes. It's much more accurate than using Excel sheets, with less human error, resulting in better accuracy and overall better results in terms of cash efficiency. **What do you dislike about VOIDS Inventory Management?** I think the syncing time of the actual stock is only done once a day. So, if you have edits in your stock, which might not have been yet part of VOIDS, you will have to wait one day until the stock is updated in the dashboard.
