The crystal-clear audio quality on VoiceLink enhances every conversation, making it my top choice for staying connected.

**What do you dislike about VoiceLink?**

Occasionally, I experience minor connectivity issues on VoiceLink, leading to brief disruptions in communication that can be a bit inconvenient.

**What problems is VoiceLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VoiceLink contributes to a sense of community and connection, especially in remote work situations, by fostering more personal and engaging interactions with colleagues and friends.

**What do you like best about VoiceLink?**

VoiceLink does a terrific job of using phones that are modern and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about VoiceLink?**

There is not a lot of negative to say.  The pricing could be a little cheaper, and the customer service could be better as well.

**What problems is VoiceLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our agency continues to grow, having a reliable phone system that is easy to navigate has saved us a lot of time.  Their IT department does help you get set up and make changes (if necessary).

this tool is very helpfull to get clear understanding of the person i'm talking with

**What do you dislike about VoiceLink?**

it could be easier to use and more practical but it's still the best tool i found for now

**What problems is VoiceLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use to have important issue on quality sound espacially on conferences. We are getting a better quality and saving a lot of time that we use to loose and technical issue

Love that it helps me with answering calls when I'm tied up with work and I'm not missing calls.

That their expertise is not in my industry but they learned quickly.

If it's their industry of expertise give it a try. You won't regret it.

That I have more time for other things that need to get done.
