As an industrial engineering consultancy, we have helped several of our customers implement VKS as a digital work instruction platform. In addition to implementing VKS for customers, we also use it to support our own training activities. The work instructions themselves are very intuitive to set up and to use and the visual nature of the guidebooks streamlines their use for operators. Our customers have also made extensive use of several VKS features for recording data such as productivity, torques, and quality issues. The document and control and management features within VKS streamlines the process of updating and approving guidebooks as well. VKS also provides great support for their customers. VKS is an excellent application that greatly enhances manufacturing processes. It ensures strong quality assurance, making it easier to maintain consistency and accuracy on the shop floor. VKS differentiates its service from its competitors' by being as versatile as one can be in terms of Operator interface. From tool calibration to quality control and traçability data collection, VKS can do it all. 1. Great customer service that is quick to reply with amazing insight and tips.

2. Constantly being updated with new features that improve various aspects of the software.

The internal slide editor is not robust enough which was explained as a design decision to limit creativity in order to standardize styling for customers who want that. This takes away from customers who wish to have more creative tools at their disposal and are less concerned about standardized styling. Giving the option to toggle styling options on and off would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The customer service at VKS is, without a doubt, the best I have ever had experience with. They are always quick to respond, answer questions, provide support, etc.

2. The software is so easy to use from any position (leadership looking at data, operators interacting with the instructions, quality investigating a non-conformance, and engineering creating the instructions).

There have been improvement ideas in the past that we have provided, and VKS considers them in their development to help mitigate anything that may be a 'dislike.'
