During the meeting, subtitles can be seen in real time, and at the end of the call, you can download a summary of the meeting and share it with the participants. **What do you dislike about Viva Translate?** More languages still need to be added for translation. additionally, they removed a function that was quite useful and served to translate documents as PDFs **What problems is Viva Translate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viva Translate solves the linguistic barriers that a sales rep may have on a daily basis with different customers. In my case, I don't speak perfect Portuguese and this tool allowed me to communicate with different clients in a fluent way. ### 2. Wehn we have so many clients out of coutries so everyone can face the problem of the language and with the help of this tool we can easily cummunicate with different client from different laguages because its provide translation in few secons during the meeting. we can also choose the language according to your preference. It also prvoide the summery of the virtual meetings which is another best part of this tool. **What do you dislike about Viva Translate?** I didn't find anything negative as of now. **What problems is Viva Translate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Virtual meetings is the primary job for any sales department and in my job profile I have to connect with so many clients from differernt countries and some clients are cummunicate in thier local language. In that case it is very difficult to understand the concern but with the help of this tool we can easily translate the cummnication in one click. During teh meeting we can select the language in which we are looking to translate the meeting suppose our client is from spain and he is speaking in spanish so we can easily select the english langauge to understand the concern. Also, we can get the summery of the whole meeting so we can present the summery to our team. ### 3. They use to speak in english but due to different accent and speed of speaking i was unable to get all the points clearly for which there were always a communication gap and lack of clearity but with the use of Viva now they can speak in their own language and i use to see that in translated languge like subtitle. The best part is it is a real time translation so the communation was always clear and complete. It also has the option of viva box which can be used to read the previous conversation and that too was translated in two language. The in meeting summery is also the great initiative from the teams that we can go through the meeting summery quickly. As like teams viva also has the meeting transcript which can be saved and can be accessed anytime and also i can share the meeting recoirding with the team who has missed the meeting due to any urgency or of any reason. It is an advanced type of meeting software which can be used worldwide. **What do you dislike about Viva Translate?** I Havent faced any issue with the software till now as it can be easly downloaded and can be used. **What problems is Viva Translate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viva helped me a lot with the meeting with foreign clients as it brings real time translation so i can never hesitate now to take a call with my clients. A clear communation is very important part of an organization. If there is any gap there can be major effect in the business.
