I find that it was hard to see a list of the entire yammer communities. This would be really helpful for new employees at a company to decide what they want to join. I don't know many other people personally who use Yammer. I work at a big company though, so that could be the reason why I don't see users I know. We can create as many communities for a targeted group of audience and can easily pass on the messages via posts. The community members can react to the post & can comment on their thoughts. It also allows to mention people, add tags & upload documents. We can also follow other people in the community. Also, it sends a nightly reminder on the newer posts made on that day.
