It's a very good social platform for the big multi national organizations where we have employees from different communities, countries and region backgrounds. The ability of keeping in contact throughout our company. I like the configurability of the software and how it can be only our company and not have to deal with outside expressions. The communication between employees in the company is another benefit that I enjoy. Sharing between employees brings ease to communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It seems as if there are people who push this off as just another Social Media... And therefore there is a lack of understanding and use by some employees. Maybe a simpler interface. Yammer is easily accessible without needing to sign in to yet *another* platform (always the largest feedback we receive from employees). I don't participate in Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform in my personal life, and I usually think an email or Teams message is sufficient for me to know what I need to do my job.
