I like the ease of the system. Very easy to schedule patients and do basic functions like moving patients around to check in to check out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There was a new update that messed up the current method of scheduling patients. There are flaws in the updated version such as color of patients flickering or being wrong, text reminders are not sending, updating patient information does not save. Prior to the update there were no issues with these things.
However, there have always been issues with case classifications where patients do not appear or consistently appear in the wrong classifications. There are often ledger issues such as payments don't reflect in the patient balance, etc. Also there are issues with care plans functioning well and aligning properly with payments and visits.
