**What do you like best about ValueCore (Formerly VisualizeROI)?**

I think ValueCore (Formerly VisualizeROI) is a fairly easy tool to set up once you know how to do it, whether it's importing from Excel/GoogleSheets or using the discover process. I also really like the ability to create dynamic output, such as PPTs, infographics, Word documents, or emails, which is particularly useful for the sales community to generate content quickly from a model. Another great aspect is the ability to collaboratively work on a business case with external stakeholders, like clients or partners. When they start owning and filling in information on a model, it provides an additional layer of validation, and ownership stays with the partner or client, which is always a good thing.

**What do you dislike about ValueCore (Formerly VisualizeROI)?**

There are a few areas that could be improved. More intuitive capabilities for tracking value after implementation would be helpful. Second, having a benchmark library that can be used within value models would be a great feature to add. Third, integration with Gen AI tools would be valuable. For example, being able to bring in or pull industry/analyst benchmark information through a Gen AI prompt, or surface relevant competitor information that supports the value model user, would be a strong enhancement.

ValueCore helps us build consistent value models across use cases, supports collaboration by having a main model version, and allows us to create dynamic content populated with model outputs for sharing with stakeholders.

**What do you like best about ValueCore (Formerly VisualizeROI)?**

ValueCore tool is great for producing presentations that are customized and only display the value areas that the customer believes are true.  I found the ValueCore solution to be great value for the money.  They integrated with SalesForce very easily and were able to meet my needs for my company.  I like the input interface and the output interface to Google or Microsoft was excellent.  I've been working with them and using the solution in the field for several months and I'm very happy with the results I'm getting in the field with my customers.

**What do you dislike about ValueCore (Formerly VisualizeROI)?**

I think there is nothing anything in particular I dislike about the solution.  I believe in the area of Value Realization or Post Implementation we developed a good solution together.  I think they are working on building out that final model so that future ValueCore customers will start at a more developed post implementation model.  We are working synergistically.

**What problems is ValueCore (Formerly VisualizeROI) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ValueCore increases my ValuePractice's team output by 3x.  If I just used Excel and customized every output and deleted all non relavent slides it would take me 3x as long without Valuecore's solution.  Also, the presenations are tied to our Salesforce opportunity and we can transfer accounts with the presentations previously presented.  This means we can avoid losing presenations that are just on desktops of people who built them.  Also, the information being integrated with Salesforce, and or Marketo, provides us the opportunity to build customer reports and manager our work professionally.

I really appreciate ValueCore's ability to create a PDF quote that looks more professional. This feature is incredibly useful as it allows for the presentation of quotes as official documents rather than just numbers that have been copied and pasted. By providing a formalized quote with the prices discussed, it enhances the professionalism of my interactions with customers and adds a level of authority and trust to our communications. I think ValueCore's live customer pricing feature could be improved. Currently, it's not as visible to the customer as it should be. I would prefer if there was a dedicated 'presentation' page for pricing that omits unnecessary details like 'sweetener' or promotion options. This would reduce clutter and provide more direct, relevant information to the customer.

By providing a single source for validated ROI and TCO models, ValueCore empowers every seller to confidently present a credible, professional business case, dramatically speeding up the decision cycle and justifying premium pricing. The Product is easy to use and you can modify the profit and year of agreement.

When you export the document into word, everything looks good but, the document shows 36 months instead of 12 months. You can put 12 months into the agreement  but, it doesn't show up on the word so you have to change it which is fine.

This suggests that ValueCore is not only user-friendly for end users but also easy to administer, which adds considerable value to our operations. Moreover, the ability to export data from ValueCore into Excel and PowerPoint files is extremely useful, allowing for seamless integration into presentations and reports. Overall, it makes modeling ROI and business value for customers much more efficient than before.

I think the graphics and UI/UX could be improved. We had a very lengthy implementation process, largely due to org changes on our end. Despite all the set backs, the ValueCore team was great at staying on top of our project to ensure that it got over the finish line. 

After it's gone live, Yvette has done a great job of updating us on usage - alerting us when it seemed lower than expected and checking in if we needed anything along the way.

The tool is very robust. It took a little while for us to all wrap our heads around how to best design it to suit our business needs. The ability to export to ppt the final outputs is a gamechanger, this has saved a significant amount of time - time that is now spent on discussing the inputs and outputs rather than building slides.

We have been able to deploy customized ROI calculators for several use cases and divisions across sales as well as are currently building a model for customer success to deliver QBRs. Their team has been fabulous in helping to provide best practice recommendations and ensuring what is being delivered is useful and usable.

There isn't anything I dislike, the implementation process took longer than I expected but that was due to our own challenges in identifying appropriate data assumptions that were agreed upon by both the sales team as well as signed off on by the business.

We had at least a dozen different versions of an ROI calculator that sales had built for themselves in excel. Our challenge was that they weren't brand compliant, and we had no quality control to ensure that the calculations were correct. Since an ROI calculator was such a key part of the sales tool kit, we needed to find a solution that would allow control over the look and feel to ensure compliance as well as enable us to identify whether it was helping to drive deals forward. With VisualizeROI we are now able to see who is using the calculator, what the buyer inputs are, and what customers it's being used with.
