What I like best about Visualfabriq is how it brings the entire commercial cycle: forecasting, S&OP, trade promotion, pricing, and revenue growth management, onto one platform instead of forcing CPG teams to stitch together separate tools. The Dynamic Query Engine stands out too, since it lets huge data volumes turn into fast, usable answers rather than reports people wait on. I also appreciate that the ML forecasting isn't just a bolt-on: it actually sharpens baselines and promotion planning where it matters most. And Assistant Mike is a nice touch, giving teams CPG-specific AI agents (or the ability to build their own) rather than a generic chatbot layered on top. If I had to name something, it's that a platform this comprehensive; spanning forecasting, TPM, RGM, and pricing can come with a steeper learning curve for new users compared to point solutions that only do one thing. The depth of the DQE and ML forecasting also means getting full value takes some ramp-up time and data readiness on the customer's side. Still, that's a fairly normal tradeoff for a platform built to handle this much complexity, and overall I still think Visualfabriq is one of the strongest players in the CPG commercial planning space. What do you like best about Visualfabriq?

Good TPM tool, but UI/UX can be better. Integrations are well designed and work flawless. Performance is good, almost never crash out or black out. Access is pretty much always there. Pricing is na. Support and onboarding can be tough at times, you cannot get the solution easily on complicated issues, or it takes time. Sometimes also comes with cost. The UI is dense, but it’s logical once you understand the waterfall and hierarchy logic. It’s fast for daily users, although it takes a few weeks to learn.

Integrations are the real strength. Bifrost pulls SAP master data and syndicated sell-out cleanly, and with the ERP staying the system of record, bad data gets overwritten on every refresh.

Performance holds up on large volumes, though heavy pipeline runs sometimes require support.

The ROI shows up in fewer finance disputes and less manual planner time, and it paid back within the first year for us.

Zendesk support is responsive and technically deep. Onboarding is solid as long as you put the time in.

I do like that Visualfabriq was purposefully built for RGM and TPO. It's a fully dedicated solution rather than a combination of smaller point solutions bolted together. Because of that, it has virtually everything you would need all in one place. It also has its newest feature, assistant Mike, which is a strong addition because it operates as an agentic orchestrator across RGM, IBP, and TPO, continuously monitoring commercial reality, explaining what's changed, and moving from insight to governed action within one system, with deterministic, auditable numbers. It's quite a robust solution, there isn't much to dislike. If I had to say, I would say the UX/UI could be better. There are solutions out there that are a bit more intuitive and easier to implement. Using AI like never before has been a real shift for us.
