**What do you dislike about VirtualPaper?**

VirtualPaper is very convenient to use but it would be good if the application provide some more features to make users to publish easily by providing recommendations.

**What problems is VirtualPaper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VirtualPaper is a one stop for me to publish and maintain all my papers where I track and get feedback from my readers.

assistance easy to contact. experience is intuitive. whenever I run into a difficulty whether technical or experiencial - it is easy to reach out for a solution

**What do you dislike about VirtualPaper?**

minor problems with billing. payment method was denied and after a bit of back and forth we were able to reach a resolution. no troubles since this one bit of confusion

our publications are now more of an interactive experience for our clients. previously we struggled with designing them in a way that they would stand out. our business has increased
