Virsec provides Zero Trust cybersecurity for legacy and modern workloads with the Virsec Security Platform (VSP). Using a default-deny, allow-on-trust security compensating control, VSP protects applications and workloads by proactively preventing cyber-attacks in milliseconds. **What do you like best about Virsec Security Platform?**

Virsec is built specifically for servers. It denies traffic by default so that a whitelist needs to be built. It's relatively strightforward to let it learn about your processes and set it up to protect your applications. Support is great: readily available and fast for helping with issues.

**What do you dislike about Virsec Security Platform?**

Application updates can be frustratiing to users as new modules might get added and processes get blocked. It's simple enough to add processes and libraries, but something usually gets missed. Considering what is safe and what isn't can be time consuming.

**What problems is Virsec Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a different product on our servers than our endpoints. We use a tiered protection approach and Virsec is the best fit for our specifications out of the other products we used and tested.

there deterministic approach to providing protection across the entire application stack is years ahead of everyone competing in the same space

product compatibility. each and every build there is compatibility issue with some os platforms which is very crucial for stable the product in the market.

**What problems is Virsec Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

password protection for probes while uninstalling the probes from servers. as well as maintenance mode while we are going to do some changes in the application.
