You can tweak and mold the system to fit any quirks of your organization. Reporting capabilities are bar none and client service is the best. **What do you dislike about viRecruit?** It takes some time to learn just how much the system can do. Reporting is above and beyond, but can be tricky with so many options. **What problems is viRecruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** In addition to keeping track of applicants, we can report on many different areas of hiring. This gives us data to back up - or rethink - our approach to recruiting and hiring. ### 2. We currently use work allocation, recruit, and performance management. The client service is way above what I've experienced with competitors. **What do you dislike about viRecruit?** The out of the box reporting capability isn't as user -friendly as some other applications that I've used. I anticipate some upgrades with the Wave version. Also, our client service rep is great at helping us with generating these. **What problems is viRecruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are still fine-tuning the application for all of our needs, but one issue that has already been resolved has been the ability to quickly find a candidates that are in process. ### 3. It's such a useful feature and I appreciate that I can update it without much help. **What do you dislike about viRecruit?** The "burger button" is sometimes at the bottom of a screen and, when you click it, the burger bar goes back to the top and I have to scroll up. **Recommendations to others considering viRecruit:** none **What problems is viRecruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We appreciate being able to collect demographic information safely and professionally using the status feature to kick out certain emails. ### 4. 3rd party consultant review of viRecruit **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Emily B. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021 **What do you like best about viRecruit?** After 15 years of testing out and using applicant tracking systems, viRecruit is by far one of the best products available for law firms or professional services firms. It is highly configurable to meet all of the idiosyncrasies of an organization and is fully brandable. Its reporting capabilities are immense. Its data is exportable into Tabluea or other visual dashboard aids. It is a full-cycle system with multiple modules that you can buy/use individually or all together. The staff at vi are highly knowledgeable and on numerous occasions have developed custom solutions for my clients - very creative. **What do you dislike about viRecruit?** This product is complicated for new clients to set up because of its incredible configurability. Client-Users have a hard time envisioning how all of the pieces fit together until they get into the system and start using it. As such, a 2 phase implementation is better for this product which may be slightly more expensive and time-consuming but worth it in the long run so that the organization has exactly what it wants. This is not an out of the box product. Client -Users require extensive training to get the most value out of this product. Note also that this product has some limitations for European recruiting. **What problems is viRecruit solving and how is that benefiting you?** My clients hire me to configure systems that use their language, their process, and their brand. They also want systems that produce actionable data, and accurate data, and are accessible on the cloud.
