**What do you like best about VIMOS?**

Omnichannel marketing is easier for our team members. Newly-added features like a/b testing and list button are great. Customer service is helpful and provides some suggestions.

**What do you dislike about VIMOS?**

Bugs happen occasionally. It loads slowly sometimes, but what software doesn't? It is acceptable.

**What problems is VIMOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of e-commerce customers who ask about size and fitting before purchasing our apparel. Sometimes we may miss some messages. With VIMOS, we can simply remark those customers to be replied and to follow up in a team structure that enables several team members to manage the conversations. It keeps the warmth of 1:1 conversation yet facilitates our conversations.
