The price looked good for Ai generat4ee video. I was wrong!

**What problems is VideoGen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VideoGen’s AI video generation is very poor. The tool repeatedly reused the same images to pad out videos, produced inconsistent quality, and generated clips that were often completely irrelevant to the prompt.

The experience was bad enough that I requested a refund within hours of purchasing an annual plan, which was refused immediately. Based on both the product quality and the support response, I would not recommend this platform. A

**What do you like best about VideoGen?**

They have good marketing, makes them seem like a great tool to use.

**What do you dislike about VideoGen?**

The product is not intuitive and very difficult to use. Perhaps if you are a professional video editor, this tool will work for you. But for anyone trying to create video's without years of experience, this tool will not work for you.

**What problems is VideoGen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to create video's for social media (Instagram Reels, etc). But unfortunately, after trying my best to use the product, I gave up without even creating one video. Very frustrating.

Nothing, just normal slides from stock pictures with a robotic voice.

It's a regular video generator like those before AI.
