**What do you like best about Vibtree?**

How easy the setup and integration was into our existing CRM solution. Knowing everything this service offers is cloud-based illimnating the need for all sorts of infrastructure and the hiring of third party IT companies.

**What do you dislike about Vibtree?**

This is a tough one to answer as our company was stuck in the stoneage prior to adopting vibtree's solutions. We've had one negative experience when dealing with client support but even that was something out of the companies control. The service has been flawless otherwise.

**What problems is Vibtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer had to use our sales management team to manually manage our clients communication channels (in our case, voice and SMS), leaving our team with a significant increase in spare time to focus on prospecting and winning new business, and building existing accounts. Unfortunately the company only used this service for around 8 months before we had to abandon it due to budget cuts. A very bad decision in my opinion as this would have continued to save the company time and money. The owners did not see it this way.

**What do you like best about Vibtree?**

This is a cloud based communication.In a single we manage all the customer related service.It is easy for CRM integration process , it is customizable ,it is secured and it good customer support

**What do you dislike about Vibtree?**

The pricing can be reduced. it will helpful

**What problems is Vibtree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its help to develop a better commnunication better the customer. the customer can be able to self service themselves
