What do you like best about ViB.Tech?

I started using ViB for 3rd party emails, and I've continued to use them at multiple companies. Their customer service is excellent; they always bend over backwards to help us out. Because of that, I've expanded what programs I'm running with them. With their appointment setting, we've been able to increase the number of opportunities and pipeline for our sales team. Through email and webinars, we are reaching new target audiences and building our database. What keeps me coming back is the feeling that I always get the best engagement and return on my investment. I would like to see lower pricing for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) from ViB.Tech. Reducing the price would enable us to increase our volume, which in turn could lead to more success and allow for potential future expansion of our programs with them. I am really impressed with ViB.Tech's ability to narrow down their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) with precision and clarity, leaving no room for ambiguity. This specificity is highly valuable to me. Additionally, their follow-up system for appointment meeting requests is outstanding and ensures that meetings take place effectively. I also appreciate their responsiveness in taking feedback and their willingness to rectify any mismatches in expectations, demonstrating their commitment to providing value. Their communications bring considerable value to the table. I am particularly fond of their appointments program, which is proving to be beneficial for our needs. What do you dislike about ViB.Tech?

I would like ViB.Tech to integrate deal intent into the appointments program earlier, rather than addressing it as an aftermath. Sometimes the meetings lead to a very long sales cycle, making it unclear from the onset if an opportunity will genuinely arise. It would be beneficial to understand whether a potential client is seriously evaluating my solution before the meeting rather than just exploring options.
