We bought this to help us monitor our current network infrastructure, and it also allowed us to slowly transition to a fully digital network.

The ability to fine-tune it as needed and assist us in making real-time technical decisions.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Network Infrastructure Services?**

The UI could be a bit better, but definitely not a blocker for us

**What problems is Verizon Network Infrastructure Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to digitize our network and we felt that Verizon network services offered the best option for us to do that.

It is on the pricier end of solutions but I think its definitely worth it

**What problems is Verizon Network Infrastructure Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

prior we were having a lot of network reliability issues and since we implemented this, those issues have vanished and customers can trust our services
