We bought this to help us monitor our current network infrastructure, and it also allowed us to slowly transition to a fully digital network.

The ability to fine-tune it as needed and assist us in making real-time technical decisions.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Network Infrastructure Services?**

The UI could be a bit better, but definitely not a blocker for us

We needed to digitize our network and we felt that Verizon network services offered the best option for us to do that.

It is on the pricier end of solutions but I think its definitely worth it

prior we were having a lot of network reliability issues and since we implemented this, those issues have vanished and customers can trust our services
