Sadly due to poor training, countless integration issues and the fact that the product doesn't integrate with our software system, which we were not advised of prior to being sold the system, we still have to do a lot of work manually It isn't at all efficient for us and isn't worth the cost. **What do you dislike about Veritone Hire Programmatic (formerly PandoLogic)?** The search facility doesn't work in the way it should. Reed doesn't show up as it does when we use the site directly. We have had major issues with have escalated to the MD and sadly they have failed to come up with a suitable resolution. Tools were built into the software to assist with writing announcements and advertisements. Very easy to use, once initial setup was completed. **What do you dislike about Veritone Hire Programmatic (formerly PandoLogic)?** Initial setup and rollout had a lot of challenges. Once the Careerbuilder team got involved, things became very smooth. Great idea and now with the backing of CareerBuilder, this tool is limitless **Recommendations to others considering Veritone Hire Programmatic (formerly PandoLogic):** Quality of support was rated as low, due to experience with their team. Once CareerBuilder took over, I quickly noticed an improvement in their support. Currently we use it to connect with Monster, Dice, and The Ladders but broadbean is capable of posting to many more sites. In addition, the system also shows us how many remaining postings we have on any of those sites. Because we are a professional staffing firm and post many jobs on a daily basis, having this real-time inventory information available right at the posting screen is incredibly useful. As an administrator of the system, I like that I can assign different users to specific groups within my company and the system knows how many postings on each job board that given group has available. Moving users between groups is a breeze as is both setting new users up and shutting old users down. **What do you dislike about Veritone Hire Programmatic (formerly PandoLogic)?** One thing that would be helpful if (and to be fair, maybe this is possible and I just haven't figured out how to do it yet) we could set up a user to have the ability to post on behalf of another group. For example, we have some folks that work in administration here that we'd like to be able to post/repost jobs to help out some of our busier groups. However, that requires me to go in and change their department to be that of the team they're trying to post jobs for. It's a little clunky and it'd be nice if that were possible in a more elegant way. **Recommendations to others considering Veritone Hire Programmatic (formerly PandoLogic):** If you need a way to integrate your ATS with your job boards, broadbean is certainly worth your consideration. **What problems is Veritone Hire Programmatic (formerly PandoLogic) solving and how is that benefiting you?** By being able to post jobs directly from our ATS, broadbean saves our recruiters a lot of time posting jobs manually. Without a service like this, they would have to log into each job board individually, cut and paste all of the job's details into the job board's forms, and post the position themselves.
