Helps to protect and track all the web and social media portals and accounts for users. I use this product on a daily basis in order to store and distribute content. It is extremely easy to send content to clients, manage permissions of who can see what and for how long, and customer service is generally quick to respond and fix issues. **What do you dislike about Veritone Digital Media Hub?** The only thing I dislike is that sometimes there is a long delay between when a clip is uploaded in core, to when it finally reaches the DMH. On days when Veritone has many clients using their service, there can be longer delays in clips fully transcoding. **What problems is Veritone Digital Media Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have thousands of clips that need to be stored, categorized, and often distributed to clients at any time in the year. Adding metadata to our clips has allowed us to better keep track of all of the content we have available. Clients enjoy the customized look of their DMH accounts and have often commented on how easy it is to access content. ### 7. Our main page was custom built to meet our organization practices. We are able to search for baseball season footage by decade, year, opponent, and anything we could possibility imagine and have metadata for. The Veritone team was able to custom build out metadata fields from a physical inventory we had of our content, and merge it with their AI-enriched metadata. The interface is super reactive and feels like our own personal Giant's YouTube site, in that it's always available, easy to find and search for things, and create custom collection for download. A lot of work clearly goes in on the backend, and user interface benefits from that. Also, we are constantly fine tuning and find ways to improve the interface. **What do you dislike about Veritone Digital Media Hub?** I wouldn't call this a dislike, but more of a feature request, it would be nice to a have additional User-controlled customization of the interface. As it stands now, it is very customizable, but it's site-wide and only done through their admin control site. I think some of our power users would like to be able to move things around, and adjust metadata fields they are viewing, etc. **What problems is Veritone Digital Media Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are digitizing over 17,000 analog assets (film, tape, dvd, etc) and are using Veritone to add rich metadata via AI. We found that transcription and facial recognition on all content is useful, and then we can pick other cognitive services a la carte as needed. Additionally, Veritone has the added benefit of opening our content to access outside of our ballpark, which was an added bonus given the current state of businesses working remotely. ### 8.
