when I had questions or issues, customer support responded quickly including me in discussions about solutions
It was easy to integrate with Cloudflare, which is a recommended mode of use
The dashboard and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is still a young product. I needed a little more handholding than probably a customer should, but they were good about it and the response was quick
The help files need updating, and it is challenging to create a rule
Should have an alert feature to email or otherwise send a message to a third party app like datadog when there is something to look at. It may be there, but again, this is not clear in the help/documents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
