We, at Xinaps, believe that the workflow of construction professionals can be optimized with the power of technology. We want to enhance the collaboration between designers and contractors and to help them utilize their resources fully. Our mission is to lead the transformation and digitalization of the AEC industry. To achieve that, we developed an user-driven, easy to use Software as a Service (SaaS) solution Verifi3D, a cloud-based data validation platform for the AEC industry that automates project management from task coordination to team workflows. Aside from mitigating risks in the pre-construction stage, Verifi3D helps to improve collaboration between different disciplines by increasing agility and simplifying the model checking workflow. Verifi3D is totally web-based, with an intuitive and easy interface that eliminates the need to purchase software or manage IT infrastructure.

**What do you like best about Verifi3D?**

Verifi3D helps quantity surveyors to efficient quantity takeoffs, advanced data filtering, seamless integration with other platforms, real-time issue detection, comprehensive reporting, and streamlined workflows.

**What do you dislike about Verifi3D?**

Verifi3D does have certain limitations such as the lack of built-in issue tracking,  reliance on cloud services, integration challenges, cost considerations, and user interface complexity.

**What problems is Verifi3D solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verifi3D has significant benefits to users such as quantity surveyors, architects, and project managers. It helps to automatically extract quantity from BIM, enhance data quality, and facilitate better communication, it provides substantial benefits in terms of efficiency, accuracy, cost savings, and compliance
