Well thought out business requirements, adaptable with standard out of the box configuration for most life sciences business models. Offers great integration capabilities for sharing and review promotional materials internally within the organization, exchange content with other departments and their vaults and track everything per document version and use. What problems is Veeva Vault PromoMats solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to put all versions and "intended use" of promotional materials through medical, legal and regulatory reviews. Seamless hand-off of promotional materials from design to reviews to FDA Submission and Approval of the content and distribution. The integration of PromoMats with Veeva CRM to distribute the precise version of a brochure or other material to the sales personnel is a huge benefit, in addition to other benefits like Audit Trail and other granular level functionality that the system provides. Veeva has helped us create a compliance way of creating, reviewing and distributing regulatory documents globally. It is so easy to work on the same documents within multiple teams especially since a lot of our work happens overseas. It is so easy to look for anything within the system and helps us keep updated with eCTD data requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Veeva Vault PromoMats? Since we use macros on word, veeva doesn't support it on office 365 online and hence the documents open on the local drive. This isn't a big issue as all documents eventually do get saved on the veeva system. Very expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Veeva Vault PromoMats: it's an amazing system but makes sure each and every user is trained or it can become confusing within teams to operate on documents where multiple users are working on. Veeva has been of great use to us where it automatically generates forms and creates a bulk package with the latest eCTD data requirements and hence submissions are prepared faster. It intigrates well with our publishing partner and hence has created an easier and much faster way of creating xml backbones and submitted to regulatory authorities.
