# Which auditing services platforms have genuinely outstanding customer support and comprehensive training resources?

For anyone here who reviews and evaluates audit firms for a living: which auditing services platforms actually deliver outstanding customer support and comprehensive training resources, not just a report and an invoice?

From the outside, the audit itself is starting to look like a commodity. What seems to separate firms is everything around it: how fast questions get answered mid-engagement, and whether your team comes out the other side knowing more than it went in. Support is clearly the pitch; formal training is thinner with more blog and newsletter than structured courses.

Insight Assurance: positions hard on responsiveness, with 24/7 guidance from a dedicated team, plus webinars and case studies on the education side. That content leans thought-leadership more than hands-on training.

The small G2 sample makes support quality harder to read from ratings alone.

INTERCERT making training a standalone product is genuinely different from the other two. Johanson Group's support is strong mid-engagement, but training is primarily content marketing. If your team wants to build internal compliance competence rather than just get the report, those are different outcomes from different firms.
