What problems is Veeva Vault PromoMats solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that it solved was that I went from using a complex platform that had reached the end of its lifecycle, so the ease of uploading assets to the platform was much more manageable and it kept everything wholly organized. With the old system, we had no way to fix the issues we were having and the communication with the platform subject matters experts was poor. Veeva Vault implementation in our work environment simplified our job. Having some difficulties at first because of the new features and unfamiliar tool, we users, however, within a short time, have become fluent and appreciate the unique features Veeva provides.
