**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

InfiniGrow has allowed me to clearly prove the value of our events. Unlike other tools, it provides full visibility into how events influence pipeline and revenue. I can see the direct impact of specific events on both pipeline creation and closed-won deals. It connects the dots across the customer journey—even where Salesforce falls short.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

The platform can sometimes be slow to load data, though this has been improving. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when getting started. That said, our account manager, Oded, has been outstanding—he’s knowledgeable, responsive, and always provides solutions. Thanks to his support, I now feel very comfortable using the tool on my own.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before InfiniGrow, campaign influence on opportunities wasn’t always captured accurately, which made it difficult to evaluate event ROI. Now, I can identify which events drive meaningful impact and which ones aren’t worth the investment. This empowers me to make smarter event decisions and approach budget conversations with confidence, backed by reliable data.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

I love how it’s helped us structure our marketing data in a way that makes sense to everyone. When everyone talks about attribution tools they talk about models. But the data is the most important element in my opinion. InfiniGrow was able to our align numbers between Salesforce, spreadsheets, and BI tools, so that we didn’t need to jump between different platforms and spend the time validating the data. Now, every marketing team member can now just go in, filter based on what they need, and actually get answers on their own. They can trust the data. It’s made reporting 10x easier and much more reliable.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

Honestly, there’s not much I dislike. The platform keeps improving, and the product team really listens to feedback. The CS team is super responsive and genuinely want us to succeed. The new SecondBrain AI feature has also been a huge step forward. We've been able to uncover insights in real time to drive our decision making.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InfiniGrow is our single source of truth when it comes to GTM data. It’s allowed us to consolidate the data so the entire team can trust the insights we’re getting for it. Now, we use it to get insights into what’s working across our efforts, and where to focus our resources and spend going forward.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

With InfiniGrow we’ve been able to transform complex CRM data into a structured funnel that show the true impact of our campaigns and various touchpoints. By tracking all customer interactions across different platforms and monitoring how they engage with our web assets, we now have much clearer insight into our marketing performance and impact, something we never had before. The support we get is great as well and the team is very responsive

It can take some time to build and adapt to the platform and the way it works, but once you've got used to the platform it's incredibly useful and you have great support from the CS team

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

Honestly, it’s the combination of clean, structured data and how easy it is to work with through the platform. Our data used to be all over the place - different teams pulling different numbers, constant debates over what was “right.” With InfiniGrow, that’s gone. Everything is aligned, and the data actually reflects how our internal data structure.
The platform is also super intuitive and “SecondBrain AI” has been a game changer. We use it constantly to answer our questions and even find proactive insights. It’s fast, accurate, and become a crucial part of my day-to-day.

Nothing really - the product keeps evolving, and the success team is second to none.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InfiniGrow has helped us connect and structure our data in a way that reflects how our business actually operates. Now, every team can access the same trusted data to answer their own questions. Whether it’s building recurring reports or digging into something ad hoc with SecondBrain, we’re no longer dependent on analysts or stuck waiting on someone else to pull the numbers. It’s made our entire GTM org more self-sufficient and way more aligned when it comes to understanding what’s driving pipeline and revenue.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

I've used HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, HockeyStack, Dreamdata...you name it. They all promise "no-code" or "self-serve" analytics, but they still feel like you need a data analyst sitting next to you.

InfiniGrow is the first platform that truly delivers on the promise. It’s guided, intuitive, and actually built for marketers, not just data teams.

I can explore funnel performance, find revenue drivers, and even diagnose pipeline issues without needing to export a single CSV or spin up a dashboard. The interface walks you through what to look at, what’s changing, and why. It’s like having a smart analyst baked into the tool.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

Nothing about the product. It's the best of the bunch IMO. Leadership has the best POV on the market and the problem and the data. Hands down.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two major problems: First, getting our data right. Go-to-market data is a disaster, and InfiniGrow helps us collect it, organize it, structure it, and clean it so it doesn't lie to us. Second, guided analytics. We can't afford to wait two weeks for RevOps to spin up a dashboard just to create more questions than answers. With InfiniGrow, our users can completely self-serve answers and insights and reduce dependence on data experts.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

InfiniGrow has providided us with needed cross-funnel visibility for our growth efforts. Being in an early stage start-up, you need to be able to really account for every dollar and effort you put into something. With Infinigrow, I've been able to easily see what's working and, equally important, what's not. This level of clarity allows me to easily adjust our strategies and focus on initiatives that have a real impact on our growth. 

InfiniGrow also helps us to connect our various marketing activities directly to revenue results. 

With InfiniGrow, I've literally been able to track the journey from our marketing campaigns and efforts all the way to revenue. This :end-to-end visibility" gives us the ability to make data-driven decisions that are both strategic and impactful, which again, is key for the success of a small but mighty start-up marketing team.

This is a growing tool and with that growth, there are some growing pains. They are building in features and adding in updates all the time which can sometimes lead to slow loading times of pages. 

Thankfully the customer service team is top notch and are always quick to resolve any issue.

InfiniGrow has been intrumental in identifying what really works for us- specifically what is leading to actual growth. Not only that, it presents this information to us in a way that we can then communiate easily back to other teams in our company to understand. Before InfiniGrow, we were never quite sure how everything was working. We could infer a lot of impact of our programs but now, we can pinpoint successes and failures with much more clariity and assurance.

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike at the moment. The initial setup required some effort, however, once set up, the insights provided are incredibly valuable.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

I love that they are constantly innovating; whenever we see a gap, they immediately work on it to come out with the features we would use everyday. Their customer service and support is top tier – they make sure we are always satisfied and finding value out of the product. It gives us insights across the board that would be impossible to find otherwise and help us understand true ROI of each activity we do (as long as we have the right reporting system to match).

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

While there's great innovation, the platform is pretty buggy. They hop on and fix it every time we point it out; however, there's still a delay where we can't use the platform or part of it in times of need. The product can also be difficult to use at times and we often need to ask for help when creating reports to make sure we're getting the right answers.

It helps us with multi-touch attribution across the board. By connecting all of our sources of data to the platform, we can measure ROI of the activities we are doing to make sure that our strategy is as efficient as it can be. And I can't speak highly enough of the customer success team; their guidance has been invaluable in helping us maximize the platform's potential.

There's not much to dislike.  The Infinigrow team has always been ready and able to tackle the most complex challenges with a positive and go- to attitude.  Timelines for deliverables were met within reasonable expectations.  The CS team in particular have been uniquely available and helpful towards our best utilization of the product.

Before InfiniGrow, linking our marketing activities directly to revenue was a major challenge. Now, I have a complete understanding of where our marketing dollars are making the most impact. **What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

Infinigrow shows us our data through a lens that makes marketing attribution and ROI plainly evident. We can segment our data and do attribution analysis on our business segments to identify our best job titles, regions, etc. With InfiniGrow, we can identify where to invest in a much more granular way, ensuring that each change we make in our campaigns and events brings in the expected results. Our account is fully customized to our exact needs, and any change we need, such as a funnel definition update, is done within a day. I can be sure that the data I see on my InfiniGrow account is up to date and represents the truth of our customer journeys.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

Honestly a lot of the problems have been fixed as we've been working with them. The frequency of sync with Salesforce has been increased to once per hour, small bugs and quirks were fixed as soon as we've brought them up. Of course, ideally there would be no bugs at all, but Infinigrow's response time has been excellent. Maybe could improve UI so that it's always obvious which filters are applied to the data, but that's more of a user issue.

With InfiniGrow, we have full visibility into our funnel and customer journeys. The data visualization makes it super easy to identify what is working and what is not. I can see the impact of each marketing activity on every funnel stage, and we use this data to optimize our efforts accordingly.

I really like Infinigrow's customer service, specially Oded is always there to help whenever we need support! They are always ready to help and make the improvements to the reporting and insights based on our specific needs. Platform also gives us helpful insights on understanding the granular impact on our campaigns from top to the bottom which will help with our future planning process.

It can be a bit challenging to grasp the full scope of the product, particularly the customer journey aspect. It takes some education and regular usage to get comfortable with the product and making sure you are able to read the insights correctly.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infinigrow is helping us looking at the customer journey from a different perspective, focusing on attribution insights and revenue impact. I like that we are able to categorise our marketing efforts into different categories like content and campaigns, which gives us more actionable insights.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

InfiniGrow is our go-to tool for full funnel analysis and reporting. The account journey view is, hands down, one of the best parts of the platform. We use it in our sales <> marketing sync meeting to ensure alignment. The data operations flows are a game changer, without them, our data would be next to useless. 
And they're always rolling out new features, which means I keep getting more from InfiniGrow.

They are performing exceptionally well, and I have no complaints or concerns. However, there might be room for improvement in terms of reducing the time taken for feature delivery.

InfiniGrow is where I turn when I want to see how my campaigns are performing over time and understand the ROI of any given marketing activity. 
InfiniGrow comes through with multiple workflows to organize and rectify any inconsistencies or duplicates we've got in our CRM. It’s the only platform I use to report and analyze marketing performance.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

Using InfiniGrow, I can finally see the full impact of my campaigns, understand what is driving the pipeline and revenue, and optimize my campaign based on it, not just on leads.
Using the filters and different attribution models, I can easily build reports that compare the impact of my campaigns - first touch vs multitouch, campaign combinations - and save a lot of time doing so.
The team is truly amazing, always answering any questions we may have, and constantly adding new features to ensure we get the value we need.

Learning and adjusting the platform to your needs and use cases takes time, but the CSM team is always available to help and add features to suit your needs.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On top of saving time on reporting, our new reports are far more in-depth, giving us a brand-new view into our performance. This allows us to focus our efforts on driving in more deals and revenue.
InfiniGrow has become our single source of truth, and we no longer rely on Salesforce for reporting and analysis.

InfiniGrow centralizes all our marketing data. I can view our spending across all of our campaigns and channels in one place. I can easily see if we’re utilizing the entire budget and understand marketing’s overall impact on each funnel stage. With InfiniGrow, we can analyze trends in our data, draw connections between various efforts from different channels, and understand how everything is connected and help us bring in new customers.

My experience with InfiniGrow has been nothing short of eye-opening. InfiniGrow offers a clear and intuitive interface that allows me to dive into data analysis and reporting with ease. Our CSM has become an extension of our team and is constantly finding new ways to analyze our data and come up with meaningful insights.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

At times it is difficult to scroll down when navigating through filters, not entirely sure if that’s a laptop problem, but this is about the only thing that brought inconvenience whilst using Infinigrow.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeing how many leads, per stage of the funnel, a certain campaign generated. This is very useful in assessing whether the campaign was, as intended, mainly targeting top, middle or bottom of the funnel.

InfiniGrow is showing us the full funnel contribution of our marketing efforts. Our custom reports and dashboards make it easy to understand what is working and what’s not, where we should invest our time and budget to increase marketing efficiency and marketing’s impact on revenue.
The CS team is just the best, always available for any questions and assistance. The product itself is constantly evolving, adding new features and capabilities almost every other week.

I still need to rely a bit on our CSM to navigate around it.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our custom dashboards help us understand how we are doing, on a granular level and also in general. I can create my monthly report in minutes, which leaves me with a lot of time to better analyze our results and identify optimization opportunities in our campaigns, business segments, and content assets.

Utilzing data to make informed business decision enabes us to maximize our spend within Marketing channels.  And we can then realign our spending to maximize our ROAS.

I also like the visual representation to help identify opportunities for eacg specific channel.

Under the overview tab, there is the information symbol on 4 tiles. It is not intuitive to put data behind the symbol. I would sugest adding it directly within ech tile (cost per lead, cost per MQL, cost per opps created and cost per closed won).

Under Analyze/channels: put the 2 charts on separate rows to remove the horizontal scrolling (apply this feedback throughout the site).

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

Multi-touch lead journey analysis is now available at one or two clicks and we love it. Now it's possible to see what campaigns, events, webinars, content pieces etc. are performing best which makes our budget-wise decision process faster, smoother and more effective as we exactly know where to focus. And all this analysis we can have by regions, periods, etc. which is helpful when reporting to specific region leaders.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

Hardly anything. The instalation process took some time and adaptiations to our needs but if you want to have a reliable multi-touch analysis you just need to spend this time anyway to make it perfect for the future.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infinigrow shows a bigger picture of lead gen effectiveness with great details. Now we are able to detect on account level what campaigns, events, webinars, etc. pushed an account to become our customer. These great insights we now use to better spend our budget on what performed best.

InfiniGrow gives us a great way to follow the customer journey and see what is working and what isn't. This allows us to make better and more educated business decisions regarding marketing activities, from events we attend to content syndication and creation.

There have been times when the integration gets disrupted and causes some inconsistencies in data. However, the InfiniGrow team is always available and is always right there to fix whatever issues we are running into immediately. Outside of this minor thing, there is nothing we dislike about the product.

InfiniGrow enables us to have a more holistic approach to our marketing activities while also offering in-depth analyses of KPIs such as CAC and ROI. We can see which channels, campaigns and content drive revenue, so we know where to put our focus and how to allocate our budget. 

The team: Seriously the most skilled and friendly people (Oded, Liel and Dan). They are always available on Slack and respond quickly. Also, the team is very transparent about the roadmap and very open to feature requests. 

Onboarding: We had the best onboarding: structured and very well organised. The team worked hard to make sure that our data was correct and that we felt comfortable using the tool. 

Integration to HubSpot: Worked perfectly.

I HIGHLY recommend InfiniGrow to every marketer!

I wouldn't say dislike, but since the product is fairly 'young' there are a few UI/label errors here and there, but that is expected. Also, the team is very quick at reporting such errors to the developers and they are fixed very quickly.

If you are 'new' to attribution marketing, it can take some time to understand and get used to how InfiniGrow works. It's not a thing I dislike about InfiniGrow, it's more for you to be aware that starting simple may be a good idea although I understand that you might get excited about all the data InfiniGrow provides ;)

You can see the impact that marketing campaigns have on ROI and sales. This allows you to make data-based decisions and really see what marketing activity works and what doesn't! The tool is intuitive and easy to use. Also great support from the Infinigrow team!

Having a variety of analysis options can sometimes feel overwhelming, particularly for those new to the attribution model. Loading times are sometimes a bit long, also you always need to be cautious about the selected filters.

We see the multiple touchpoints a lead had from initial contact to a closed deal. We also identify the marketing activities/campaigns that attributed to new sales. **What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

Infinigrow provides multi-touch attribution reporting that ties back all of our trackable marketing touches on our opportunities across multiple channels and campaigns. ROI and cost per lead/opportunity are automatically calculated because Infinigrow integrates with and automatically pulls our spend on Google Ads and Linkedin ads. For field channels like tradeshows I can just enter the cost into the Salesforce campaign and it will sync over. 

Infinigrow can easily switch between attribution models, i.e. assumptions about how the data is correlated. This gives you the ability to answer different questions about how to spend your next marketing dollar. For example I can easily change the attribution model from their full journey (AI-based proprietary) to an even-spread Linear model without any weighting. 

Finally, I feel like customer support at Infinigrow is very good. None of this ‘I never hear from support until it’s time for renewal’ stuff. I meet with our customer service manager Oded fortnightly and it feels like he is more an extension of our team and capabilities within Infinigrow. I rarely need to create a support ticket, I can just slack Oded and he can answer the question or accomplish the task.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

To be honest, the implementation was one of the most difficult and behind schedule I’ve ever worked on. 

The platform when we initially purchased was very buggy and frankly did not meet our needs in many ways. Everytime I tried to accomplish a task, I would be frustrated to find new discrepancies and bugs.   

But Infinigrow has listened to its customers and has evolved significantly in the past year and a half. Bugs have been fixed and new features have been added that solve problems. For example, the ability to save reports means that I don’t have to expect leadership to remember filter criteria. 

Documentation could be more thorough and have more examples of real-life scenarios. 

Finally there are common misperceptions about attribution software in general to be aware of:  

1) Infinigrow (or any other attribution tool) won’t solve your company’s messy data problems. Attribution software will not fix your data for you folks! If you don’t have structure to your marketing data, a tool like this may help you figure out how to structure it in a way so that it can be analysed. 

2) Attribution tools only measure what’s digitally trackable, and that’s never going to be a complete picture of what’s working in marketing. Don’t fall into the attribution trap of assuming what’s easier to quantitatively measure is the full picture!

Infinigrow solves the problem of reporting which campaign and channels are driving pipeline and revenue, and also shows us cost per lead/opportunity. Being able to attribute marketing campaigns back to revenue helps us make better decisions on where to invest in marketing.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

We had no real idea what value most of our marketing efforts produced before using Infinigrow because our Hubspot reports only showed first-touch and last-touch attribution... You have to pay for an enterprise plan to get multi-touch - and despite Hubspot being easier to use than Salesforce it's still a steep learning curve to configure and produce usable reports.

The Infinigrow team are excellent to work with - they helped us configure our data within Hubspot, map connections into Infinigrow and produce usable reports that showed the full funnel, with complete multi-touch attribution quickly.

This is now the go-to dashboard for Marketing and in a recessionary environment, being able to show the value of mid-funnel activities that accelerate pipeline but don't necessarily create new leads or close sales is critical in making a case to Leadership teams for why budget should not be re-allocated elsewhere.

I'd consider this a must-have capability for B2B marketers who have long sales cycles, multiple personas impacting a sale and content/event/inbound led marketing teams.... But don't have the budget for typical enterprise marketing platforms nor an inhouse revops team to figure out how to make the software work.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

Nothing - actually every negative experience that happened during this integration was because the Infinigrow team shed a light on how badly configured our Hubspot and Salesforce were. This led to us sunsetting Salesforce (thank God), and reconfiguring Hubspot so that it now works better too.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple full-funnel metrics - easier to pull up by pipeline stage and compare than within Hubspot
Multi-touch full-funnel channel attribution - can see what activities we do actually produce results and at exactly what stage of the process
Budget Allocation - We recently input our budget into the system and can now measure ROI of events - which has altered what we now plan to spend our money on since some of our largest sponsorships turn out to be about as effective as producing a happy hour with a speaker at about 15% of the cost for the same pipe impact

The customer journeys are our favorite part of the platform, with them we can better understand leads journeys. The breakdown of channels, campaigns and content helps us focus our efforts and allocate budget to the ones that actually drive revenue. Having a visualization of our funnel and the cohort conversion rates right next to it, helps us understand if we are on the right track.
The team is great, open to new feature requests and changes in our configuration to make sure the platform fits our needs.

Every day I can login and know where we are against our KPIs, and which activities, content + channels drive the most impact. 

I've never worked with a platform that has given so much clarity on the top level performance, beforehand I did it all manually, or with hubspot / GA reports that only showed part of the picture. 

Support is great, our CSM is always available to help with every need or change we want to do in our account in no time.

It's a very in-depth tool and I don't feel like I get the most out of it especially when diving down into the data. I wish more of the data was clickable to find out more (like in Hubspot) - e.g. if a campaign drove 5 accounts to SQL, I want to click on and see which accounts.

Ascertaining ROI of marketing activities - determine what is working, where there are gaps, what to stop.

The cross-channel attribution insights generated using infinigrow is priceless to our team. One of the best parts of using Infinigrow is the CS and support during config and onwards which has been instrumental in learning and training the team. Any questions we have our CSM Oded is always on top of it with a solution.

It can be a difficult platform to learn and sometimes not as intuitive as would like it to be, however the CSM always helps us solve any issues we come across / clarify where we went wrong. Compared to other software in the industry, it is up there with an easier UI.

Our particular use case required read-only access to our CRM and a complex setup (leads and contacts objects, b2c and b2b mixed environment, not typical SaaS opportunities tracking, etc.).

Compared to other vendors, Infinigrow provides all the essential reporting (multi-touch, funnel conversions, account journeys, cost per touchpoints, channel analysis) and a very customizable approach, which helped us a ton. We requested features, including custom dashboard reports, that were quickly implemented.

UI is not very intuitive sometimes. However, feedback is always taken into account.
It takes some time to make it work, especially if you have a custom use case.
As a relatively new product, expect to see things "in the works."

The platform is so flexible, it fits our data seamlessly, no matter what crazy funnel configurations and qualification processes we had, the team made it work so it fit our exact needs.
Every little issue was handled quickly by the team.
Before infinigrow, we tried different initiatives, hoping that something would work. Now we can look at any one of them and see its impact, and make plans accordingly.
It only takes me 5 minutes to make a report with my top and bottom performing channels, campaigns and conten. With all the extra time I now have, we can do so much more.

There's a learning curve when you first start using the platform, but Oded our CSM is always there to answer questions and make sure we're getting the results we need. You're the best Oded!

Ability to understand the revenue impact of each activity, like how different outbound campaigns affect revenue. It's a new way to understand the customer journey.
Based on the user journey, I can prepare for my sales calls, and tailor my messaging to the user.
This isn't just a marketing only solution - all of our revenue teams use it as well.
It was a quick onboarding process, and Liel was there every step of the way to make sure everything fits our needs.

**What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

InfiniGrow helps me understand what's working and how we are doing for plan versus actual. I like that I can see marketing touched and attributed meetings, pipeline, and closed-won ARR. I can see marketing ROI overall, by the budget bucket (as I've chosen to define it), and by the campaign. The filtering capabilities provide a lot of flexibility and I like being able to report on all journeys that, for example, DON'T have 'sales prospecting' or 'customer referral' in their journey because I rather not take marketing credit for those meetings, deals, etc. InfiniGrow allows me to define my funnel as I want it and then see conversion rates from one step to the other. It automatically pulls in campaign names and cost/performance data from Salesforce as well as data from Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc. The support has been stellar. Daniel, Dor, and Sharon are really committed to my success and have a "whatever it takes" attitude to make us successful. I've used things like Bizible in the past and this is light years ahead of that (although I admit it's been several years since I've used Bizible). Time-to-value is much faster than implementing a full-blown BI tool like Tableau.

I'd like to be able to compose my own dashboard like I can in Salesforce, but I think this is on their road map. Some of the labels are quirky and take some getting used to, but I guess that could be the case with any new product that you are learning.

Understanding what is working and how we are trending in terms of plan vs actual. Infinigrow gives me a high-resolution picture of my marketing efforts and allows me to answer questions about which vendors or programs to dial up or down, and to understand where we need to focus our efforts. **What do you like best about InfiniGrow?**

In a couple of weeks, our entire team transformed into a revenue-driven marketing team. Instead of the usual marketing mumbo jumbo (clicks, leads, MQLs, etc) each and every marketing campaign, asset, or touchpoint is now measured, discussed, and reported in pipeline and revenue. 

Moreover, InfiniGrow doesn't only help us in combining all of our data and aattributing our marketing efforts and understand what works. It proactively analyzes our marketing and helps us readjust our budget across all marketing activities (including paid, content, PR, offline, webinars, etc)  towards the marketing plan that's most likely to reach our business objectives (revenue goal).

The combination of attribution, forecasting, and planning is really unique and has a very noticeable impact on the way we do marketing. We became more agile, more focused, and much more result-oriented.

Also, the journey analysis feature is one of the coolest I've ever seen. We can analyze the entire journey of every customer, including EVERY touchpoint, and tell a story about how our customers became customers.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

Extend the capabilities to more teams. 

Currently, we use InfiniGrow to see both Sales and Marketing revenue contribution, but it would be cool to expand the entire offering to the revenue org as a whole. I work with Sales and CS a lot, and both could benefit heavily from InfiniGrow.

**Recommendations to others considering InfiniGrow:**

Leverage the high-quality customer support. They helped us not only in getting up and running, but in understanding and quickly fixing our data, creating better processes for managing our funnel and marketing processes, and they really held our hand to make sure we get started quickly and without issues.

Also, ask for trainings, there are many "hidden"/advanced features and some of them are really useful.

**What problems is InfiniGrow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Attribution: see the exact ROI, impact, and pipeline contribution of any campaign. Specifically, I also love using it to analyze how content assets impact our bottom line.

- Budget planning and forecasting: generate forecasts to find the best way to split our marketing budget, and track our plan vs actual results to make sure we're on track.

- Unified dashboard - we use InfiniGrow's dashboard as our main dashboard to see our pacing and how we stack against results at any moment.

- Sales and Marketing contribution - we use IG to see the credit each department gets per customer.

Analysis - Infinigrow has a lot of analysis capabilities, giving us insights that we couldn't have gotten in any other way. User journey analysis, metrics that showcase the time-to ROI, content analysis, and marketing contribution analysis are all used constantly to help us understand what we're doing right and how we should move forward.

As a growing marketer this solution helps me understand why and where we invest to drive the best leads at the lowest cost.
This tool provides a holistic view of an ABM account to see how many touches are coming from Marketing, website visits, which assets are successful and which personas are common across deals completed.
InfiniGrow is a great alternative to all of the reports and dashboards we were creating in our CRM tool.  This helped Marketing resolve our leadership's need for transparency into the Marketing spend and ROI.
The insights provided by InfinGrow help me decide whether we should move forward with certain field requests based on the transparency I have historically of ROI for similar campaigns.
Running Marketing Ops this tool provides me with the opportunity to see which combination of campaigns will show a projected positive impact on the funnel while optimizing our investment.
After an hour of training, I am able to work within the entire solution to find the data that the team needs to be successful and efficient.
The on-boarding process actually helped our our team clean our data and adjust our processes for a better SFDC hygiene and clear data coming from Marketo.
The team is great and very responsive to our requests.  They answer all of our questions within 24 hours and even take any key feature requests and implement them into the solution.

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

Currently there is not a learning center or community where we can understand how other companies are leveraging this powerful tool.
Would like to be able to sign up for beta tests of new solution functionality.
Would like to be able to "share" journeys in order to show the true attribution - often activity is misrepresented.

Due to affects of the pandemic, InfiniGrow is able to help as we transition from traditional demand gen to 100% digital with new buying personas.
We are able to work with leadership and expose the details of our buyers' journeys.

Ability to obtain MQL/SQL/SO status reports easily and quickly.

Even with all the available tools (SFDC, Marketo, etc.), running a B2B marketing org is tough. With IG, CMO’s can lead with the confidence they’re on the right track.
Aligning marketing with sales and finance
Budget planning outside of all the spreadsheet “fun”
Simple, intuitive interface, however, very flexible
Clear visibility into customer journeys through all touchpoints, across all SFDC objects
Uncovering the marketing/sales truth - no more shadow pipeline
With all the attribution promise, finally, a solution that actually works
Even the onboarding provides a lot of value with cleaning the data and aligning operation processes

**What do you dislike about InfiniGrow?**

It's not a magic wand -- if you have bad data it will take time to correct. But that's also a good thing as it shows where you have bad data and overtime helps not only correct the data but creates a sea change in the culture for sales, marketing, and finance.

Addictive. Once you learn how to explore prospect and customer journeys--you cannot stop exploring the data. 

Can hurt feelings: "we need to do that show, we need to invest in that industry, or we need to "you name it" by removing the gut from the FOMO within sales and marketing -- by seeing how those investments actually moved prospects through your funnel -- it's easier to say yes and no to the push and pull on your marketing budget.

**Recommendations to others considering InfiniGrow:**

Get it. Sooner is better. Our SFDC data was "challenged" but the Infinigrow team helped us and we saw immediate value but we also learned where we need to improve and within one quarter we saw a significant improvement in our data collection and our ability to communicate across teams. Now several quarters in--I wish I had not waited, as our data and transparency is getting better each day. 

The ROI is too good to miss.

It's simple math--knowing what has produced the leads we need, shortens the funnel and quality of engagement -- help me avoid wasted spend. ROI in the first six months has to be 150-200%

It’s great how the platform shows us the overall impact that our marketing has had, which was very difficult to determine before because of our sales-driven processes.
