**What do you like best about Valimail?**

As an IT consultant managing email security for clients, what I appreciate most is how Valimail handles the technical heavy lifting. Features like Instant SPF completely solve the 10-DNS lookup limit without brittle manual flattening, and the automatic sender classification saves hours of sorting through raw XML reports, making it far easier to move clients safely to full DMARC enforcement.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

As an IT consultant, my main critique is that certain reporting views can occasionally feel unintuitive when trying to break them down for non-technical stakeholders, requiring extra effort to translate the data into clear, client-friendly explanations.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valimail solves major email security hurdles like domain spoofing, the rigid 10-DNS lookup limit for SPF, and the tedium of analyzing raw DMARC XML data. **What do you like best about Valimail?**

I like that Valimail makes it easy to implement and monitor DMARC for free. We started reviewing our DMARC setup when Google strengthened its email authentication requirements for bulk senders, and Valimail gave us a straightforward way to manage DMARC reporting without having to build or operate our own solution.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

There’s very little I dislike about Valimail for our use case. We primarily use it for DMARC monitoring and reporting, and it reliably does what we need without creating much additional operational overhead.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we first set up DMARC, I had the aggregate reports sent straight to my own email address. That decision quickly led to a flood of DMARC report emails, and the mailbox became hard to manage. Valimail addressed this by collecting and processing the reports for us, so we can keep an eye on our DMARC configuration without having to receive and sift through all the raw reports ourselves. Overall, it has made DMARC much easier to run day to day, while still helping us maintain proper email authentication.

Valimail's automated DMARC enforcement is exceptional. The Instant SPF technology eliminates the 10-lookup limit problem effortlessly, which has saved countless hours of manual DNS management. The pre-decoded service library with over 70 million IP addresses makes identifying all our sending services incredibly fast and accurate. One-click sender authorization dramatically reduces the complexity of managing DMARC across our media organization's multiple domains.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

The pricing can be steep for smaller organizations, and the learning curve for new team members is moderate. Customer support response times vary — sometimes fast, sometimes slow during peak hours. Also wish the reporting dashboard had more customizable export options beyond standard formats.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valimail solves our brand impersonation and phishing challenges across our media organization's dozens of domains. It eliminates manual SPF management headaches with Instant SPF, ensuring email from our platforms never breaks due to lookup limits. **What do you like best about Valimail?**

I like how Valimail is very easy to use and pretty fast to set up. The graphs they provide for the reports are very informative and give GeoIP-based approximations for both legitimate and impostor mail, which is a nice suggestion of locations of people pretending to be us. The stacked bar graphs are also easy to read and being able to view graphs for specific outgoing mail servers is a very nice feature. Overall, it's much easier to parse compared to the raw data.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

I find that the domain insights tab could present some next steps for Essentials, and I find it annoying when senders get lumped into Unidentified senders.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valimail solves the issue of difficult-to-read delivery failure reports by handling parsing and statistical analysis, making it easier to adjust mail policy. It's easy to set up, and its informative graphs simplify data interpretation, offering useful GeoIP approximations of mail legitimacy.

Valimail provides automated tools that help with DMARC implementation and ongoing operation, including SPF/DKIM configuration and DNS server updates and management. This removes the need for manual, complex setup and makes day-to-day operation more efficient, even without specialized expertise.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

With so many competitors offering DMARC report outputs, dashboards, and monitoring solutions, choosing the right implementation takes careful consideration and a clear understanding of what you actually need, for example, dmarcian for easier setup and user friendliness, Proofpoint for holistic email infrastruture, MxToolbox for simple reputation check.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DMARC report aggregation and analysis are particularly useful, especially the feature that automatically associates sending IP addresses with services and then displays them by service name.

We also provide automated tools to help with the SPF/DKIM configuration and the DNS server updates and management required for DMARC implementation and ongoing operation.

Once DMARC enforcement is in place, it enables BIMI configuration, which displays your brand logo in inboxes and provides a visual confirmation that emails originate from legitimate sources.

**What do you like best about Valimail?**

As a small nonprofit, I’m on the free tier. I appreciate that it gives us a solid foundation for decision-making at our scale. I was able to set up Google Workspace login, which helps with continuity for future org admins. I also have access to charts that showed enabling enforcement wouldn’t affect our ability to send or receive emails.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

Some of the UX is subpar. For example, the hint descriptions for items on the “domain report card” are written in a way that doesn’t clearly reflect whether the current status is a pass or a fail. That makes it harder to tell whether the text is describing the current situation or explaining what “passing” would look like. A few of the charts are also a bit labyrinthine to get to. That said, this may be because I’m on the free tier rather than a paid tier where those charts are easier to find.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valimail helps confirm that our email is configured correctly across multiple services that send mail from our domain. It covers DNS configuration such as DKIM, SPF, and DMARC, and provides DMARC reporting so we can see how recipients are treating messages that claim to be from us. It gives some visibility into the imposter emails being routed to junk or blocked outright.

**What do you like best about Valimail?**

What I like best about Valimail is the visibility and automation it provides for email authentication. It makes it easy to identify legitimate and unauthorized senders, troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, and DMARC issues, and safely move domains toward enforcement. This reduces manual effort, speeds up troubleshooting, and makes complex email authentication much easier to manage and explain to customers.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

One area that could be improved is the depth of troubleshooting and reporting. When dealing with complex SPF, DKIM, or DMARC alignment issues, I would like to see more intelligent root-cause analysis that clearly explains why a sender is failing authentication and provides actionable remediation recommendations. More customizable dashboards and deep technical-level reports would also be useful, particularly for demonstrating DMARC enforcement progress, authentication health, and security improvements to customers and management. Broader integrations with SIEM and other security platforms would make the operational experience even stronger.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Valimail, managing DMARC and maintaining visibility across multiple email senders could be time-consuming, especially when third-party services were involved. Valimail gives us centralized visibility into who is sending on behalf of a domain, highlights SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication or alignment issues, and makes it much easier to identify unauthorized senders. This reduces manual investigation and helps us move customers toward DMARC enforcement with less risk of blocking legitimate email. From a security perspective, the main benefit is stronger protection against domain spoofing and impersonation, while operationally it saves our team considerable time in monitoring and troubleshooting email authentication.

**What do you like best about Valimail?**

They offer a great Feature set in their free Tier.

So as the most people looking for a solution to DMARC Mail, Valimail fills this gap perfectly.

On top of that, the Setup process and the "first steps" guidance is great. You will be greeted with a quick tour of the already intuitive Website. And ends with suggested next steps.

The integration is almost seamless, as for DMARC only the DNS configuration needs to be done in the first place.

After a short learning curve of the system, your mails will be analyzed and are ready to check within the Dashboard.

The performance of the Valimail free tier subscription is a good deal. If you need any further information or features you are free to upgrade to one of their other tiers.

There is basically nothing I dislike about Valimail's free tier. For anything else a paid subscription would do the Job.

I needed a Tool to takle my DMARC mails. Nothing more and nothing less. And Valimail is exactly doing that for free.

What provides the most value is Valimail Enforce and its Instant SPF feature. Managing our SPF record used to be a constant headache because we were continuously hitting the strict 10-DNS-lookup limit as new tools were added across departments. Instant SPF completely eliminated this manual DNS editing. Now, when marketing or HR adopts a new sender like Mailchimp or Workday, we approve it in two clicks inside Valimail instead of restructuring complex DNS strings.

While Valimail generally simplifies sender authorization, managing complex integrations with platforms like HubSpot can sometimes be tricky. When marketing sets up dedicated subdomains or custom tracking domains within HubSpot, mapping them correctly in Valimail requires manual oversight to ensure full DKIM and SPF alignment.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Valimail, we struggled with unpredictable email deliverability across our sales and marketing stack (HubSpot, Mailchimp). Our sending domains frequently hit the strict 10-DNS-lookup limit for SPF, causing legitimate outreach and customer notifications to land in spam folders or fail authentication entirely. What I like best about Valimail is how effortlessly it automated our DMARC enforcement journey. The dashboard makes DNS record management and monitoring incredibly clear, and their automation removed the guesswork that used to consume hours of our security team's time. We went from monitoring-only to full p=reject enforcement faster than expected, with excellent visibility into every sending source. The onboarding and support experience were outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

Honestly there is very little to dislike. If I had to pick something, the depth of features and reporting can feel like a lot to absorb at first, so a slightly more guided initial walkthrough would help brand-new users. That said, their support team more than made up for it, and once you are up and running everything is smooth and intuitive.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valimail solved our email authentication and domain spoofing problem. Before adopting it, we struggled to reach and maintain DMARC enforcement because we lacked visibility into all the legitimate services sending on our behalf. Valimail gave us clear insight into every sending source, automated SPF and DKIM alignment, and let us safely move to a reject policy. This has dramatically reduced phishing risk against our brand, improved email deliverability, and freed up our security team from tedious manual DNS work.

**What do you like best about Valimail?**

The authentication and failure reports are the standout features for me. Instead of manually parsing raw DMARC aggregate XML to figure out which sending sources are passing or failing SPF/DKIM alignment, Valimail breaks everything down clearly by sender. That makes it much quicker to distinguish legitimate third-party services that need authorising from genuine spoofing attempts.

The failure reports, in particular, have been valuable for catching misconfigured senders early. As a result, tightening our DMARC policy toward enforcement has felt far less risky and far less time-consuming than trying to do it all by hand.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

Some of the most useful features are locked behind additional paid tiers instead of being included as standard. As a result, getting full value from the platform can end up costing more than expected once you factor in the add-ons. I’d prefer to see more of this functionality bundled into the core plan, rather than having to pay extra to unlock it.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valimail is helping us move client domains safely toward DMARC enforcement (p=reject) without the guesswork of manually parsing aggregate reports and hoping nothing legitimate gets blocked. It gives us clear visibility into every service sending on a client’s behalf, so we can properly authorize legitimate senders and spot unauthorized or spoofed ones before we tighten the policy. As a result, we’ve seen fewer client support tickets about mail being incorrectly blocked, a faster path to enforcement, and stronger protection against domain spoofing and phishing attempts that impersonate our clients’ domains.

Valimail does a good job of simplifying DMARC enforcement, but the pricing can feel steep and isn’t always transparent, which may be a real hurdle for smaller teams. The high level of automation is convenient, yet it can also come across as a bit of a black box at times—especially for more experienced administrators who may want finer-grained control and clearer visibility into what changes are being made and why. Reporting is generally functional, but it could benefit from more customization options for teams that want to dig into raw authentication data and analyze it in greater detail.

Valimail addresses the challenge of achieving and maintaining DMARC enforcement, which would otherwise be a complex, manual effort. It automatically identifies the services sending email from our domain and keeps our authentication records organized and up to date, which has significantly reduced the risk of our domain being spoofed in phishing attacks. For us, the result is stronger protection against impersonation, improved email deliverability, and much less time spent manually managing DNS records and reviewing DMARC reports.

**What do you like best about Valimail?**

Trusted, simple email domain security

Our experience with Valimail has been very positive. The platform has helped us identify unauthorized use of our primary corporate domain, giving us much better visibility into who is sending email on behalf of our organization.

One of the biggest benefits has been discovering and securing email traffic from platforms such as Salesforce that were not previously under our control. Valimail has been an invaluable tool for investigating and resolving the use of corporate domains across different services that had not been fully inventoried or managed.

Another area where Valimail stands out is subdomain management. Subdomains are often overlooked during DKIM, SPF, and DMARC security projects, but Valimail makes it remarkably easy to bring them under the same monitoring and protection framework as the primary domains.

A particularly important challenge for us was our SPF record. Over time, the number of SPF redirects had grown to nine, very close to the RFC limit of ten DNS lookups. This represented a potential risk for email delivery across the organization. Valimail’s SPF Flattening feature provided the flexibility we needed to overcome this limitation while maintaining proper authentication and ensuring reliable email delivery.

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the interaction with the Microsoft 365 admin experience, specifically Exchange Online domain verification. The Microsoft portal does not always recognize the Valimail DNS records during the initial verification process. As a result, we sometimes need to add new domains using the traditional Microsoft DNS records first, complete the verification, and then replace them with the Valimail records. In the end, everything integrates correctly with Valimail, so this is only a minor inconvenience. From our perspective, this is more of a Microsoft limitation than a Valimail issue.

Overall, Valimail has significantly improved our visibility, governance, and security posture for email authentication. **What do you like best about Valimail?**

What I like best about Valimail is how it simplifies a technical process. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the reports make it much easier to understand which services are sending emails through our domain. It integrates well with our existing email setup, performs reliably, and automates much of the monitoring that would otherwise require manual work. This saves time, improves email security, and provides good overall value.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

The main downside of Valimail is that some of the terminology and detailed reports can still feel technical, especially for someone who is unfamiliar with DMARC or email authentication. The initial setup and certain integrations may require help from an IT or DNS administrator. More in-product guidance, clearer explanations, and smarter recommendations for resolving specific issues would improve the onboarding experience. The pricing may also be harder for smaller businesses to justify if they only need basic monitoring features.

What I like most about Valimail is that, once it's set up, it just runs in the background. I don't have to think about it or spend time managing it. It quietly does its job, giving me confidence that my email authentication is working correctly without any ongoing effort.

The free plan has been enough for what I need, but some of the more detailed reporting and advanced features are only available on the paid plans. If you want deeper insights, you'll need to upgrade. That said, I've been very happy with what the free version offers.

**What do you like best about Valimail?**

I’ve found Valimail easy to use, and I really like its interface. It’s been reliable, and I was able to implement DMARC and related settings in a short amount of time. It includes everything I need to manage my mail DNS.

Before using Valimail, I had a hard time knowing whether my SPF and DKIM records were correct and actually working. Now I feel confident that my domain is in great shape.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

I have not found any downsides to using Valimail. I am using the free version which give me what I need. However if you pay the will basically do it all for you which is nice if you do not understand DNS records.

**What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Valimail helps you set up your dns mail records so that your email is compliant with google, yahoo etc and so people do not spoof your domain.  It has made sure our emails will get to our members and help keep our domain safe.  For me - I worry less especially since they will send me an email if anything changes.

**What do you like best about Valimail?**

It is a LOT easier and more efficient than tweaking DNS entries and trying to keep pace with length limitations.

We use the reports to see email issues and this helps us contact people who have set up a mail service without telling anyone.

Pricing is quite reasonable and it has taking a fair amount of workload off our DNS folks. 

It was easy to get it hooked into our M365 tenant and we were able to "kick the tires" prior to purchasing which made it an easier sell internally as well as giving us a degree of confidence on how the tool works.

Support has been wonderful, they are always willing to answer questions and help s nail down a problematic issue.

The user interface is a bit cryptic and there's definitely a learning curve to figure out where to look for your current task.

It gives me piece of mind, knowing that when I send my newsletters out, the emails are safely arriving into my subscribers inbox and not being blocked. The UI/UX is simple and easy to use when checking for email insights. The performance is great, with quick alerts if any problems arise. It integrates perfectly with my email account and google account. The monthly price is cheap for what the service offers.

The support can be very slow at times. When I needed help with a DMARC problem, it took a while for the support team to resolve it. AI options should be easier to access. I don't see any of that in my account.

Valimail was rather easy to set up with step-by-step instructions to monitor the email security of our domains. I appreciate the video tutorials that explain DMARC, DKIM, and SPF especially. The dashboard is easy to read and monitor how our email delivery is performing. Email authentication is complicated and time consuming to monitor on your own; Valimail streamlines the process and clearly let's you know if there is an issue.

While the free monitoring is sufficient for our size organization (small non-profit), be ready for constant offers to upgrade to premium services.

The initial setup was super smooth. It translated our messy XML aggregate logs into something clean and human-readable. The UI saved us a ton of time getting our SPF and DKIM aligned without blowing past the 10 DNS lookup limit. That limit was a major headache for us before, and ValiMail handled the heavy lifting to help us reach our goal.

Once you get your domains to enforcement and clear out unknown centers, there isn’t much reason to login regularly. Pricing can also feel steep if you’re just looking for passive monitoring after the main on boarding work is done.

It is a simple and cost effective way to gain insight into email delivery for my domain. It gives you an intuitive dashboard that summarizes email delivery. Setup was easy in that all I had to do was add Valimail to my dmarc record and create an account. This is the easiest way to see how your email is being delivered across email providers and possible area to improve delivery rates.

I do wish that we there were more details on emails that are blocked or fail delivery. Because it is summarized it is hard to see which specific pieces of email had issues.

For us, enabling DMARC was a step that we were hesitant to take, because you don't want to harm your email deliverability. Valimail helped me taking this step. It's was easy to set up and instantly brings clarity to DMARC violations and misconfigurations. I really like the free tier which already gives plenty of information.

It's sometimes hard to figure out whether a violation is an attacker trying to spoof email, or a service that we didn't set up correctly. Usually we find this out after some digging, but sometimes it stays unclear.

The simplicity of onboarding domains and senders is a real plus, especially since I can monitor progress in the Authentication UI tab. It helps me manage my time alongside the progress being made. Adding each new domain or sender follows the same process, so it gets quicker and easier every time.

The onboarding experience was very positive. All of my questions were answered quickly, either during meetings or through email replies.

I was also able to integrate the platform into our environment very easily via SSO and with our domain.

The user interface is self-explanatory and very user-friendly. With just a few simple clicks, you can find what you need, and it’s always easy for new employees to start using the platform because they can navigate it without much guidance.

The website is consistently responsive and fast, and we’ve never had any issues while using it.

Valimail ensures that our customers can trust email sent from our domains and allowed partners.  We can instruct our customers to reject failing email messages ensuring they do not reach their mailboxes

The initial setup was guided by their experts and quickly handed off to our team for implementation.  During implementation we discovered several 3rd party senders that we were unaware of.  This allowed us to begin the process of standardizing on a single 3rd party sender.

We've set up MTA-STS and are monitoring use.  The results show promise but quite a few recipients have yet to provide the reporting we'd need to move to enforcement.

The UI is easy to use and organized into useful sections.  We can export the Executive report and insert it directly into our monthly reporting which saves hours of time.

The recently introduced AI provides quick and accurate help.

We've configured our mail filtering platform modify messages to identify new senders, re-write URLS to open in their sandbox, etc.

A free option is available, although it’s somewhat limited. The user interface provides a quick overview of the status of our DMARC health. Onboarding is fast and painless, so you can get up and running in a very short amount of time. With Valimail, we’ve been able to track our DMARC rollout over time and quickly see whether any changes we’ve made have negatively impacted our security. We’ve also been able to identify rogue email servers attempting to use our domain for spam campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

The authentication report page could be redesigned to feel clearer and provide a stronger at-a-glance overview of your current status. For instance, when you click on “Email disposition,” it would be helpful to see not only a graph, but also a short text summary that explains what the results mean.

What I like most about Valimail is the clear, centralized visibility it provides into all systems sending email on behalf of our domains. It makes DMARC reports much easier to understand, helps identify unauthorized or misconfigured senders, and allows me to troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, and email-delivery issues without manually reviewing raw DMARC data. This is especially valuable for managing multiple domains and third-party email services.

The main limitation is that the free DMARC Monitor provides visibility but offers limited remediation and enforcement capabilities. Some advanced features require a paid upgrade, and the frequent upgrade prompts can be distracting. The reporting is useful, but investigating a specific sending source or authentication failure sometimes requires navigating through several screens and interpreting technical SPF, DKIM, and DMARC details.

**What do you like best about Valimail?**

What I like most about Valimail is the visibility it provides into who is sending email on behalf of our domain. The dashboard organizes DMARC data into a format that is much easier to understand than reviewing raw aggregate reports. I can quickly see which services are legitimate, whether they are passing SPF or DKIM alignment, and which unknown sources are failing authentication.

This has made it easier to strengthen our DMARC policy with confidence because I can verify that our legitimate senders are authenticated before increasing enforcement. The onboarding process was also straightforward, and the free monitoring option provides meaningful value for a small nonprofit that needs better email security without adding another major software expense.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

The main drawback is that Valimail can feel technical at first, especially for someone who does not work with email authentication regularly. Terms such as SPF alignment, DKIM alignment, and DMARC enforcement are not always explained in enough context inside the dashboard. **What do you like best about Valimail?**

The biggest value has been moving from DMARC monitoring to enforcement without the manual guesswork that usually comes with it. Valimail's dashboard gives clear visibility into which senders are authenticating and which aren't, which made it much easier to build a rollout plan across our domains rather than guessing at policy changes and risking legitimate mail getting blocked.

Onboarding and support have been responsive and straightforward. Our onboarding contact walked us through a phased enforcement plan across multiple subdomains.

Integration with our existing email infrastructure was smooth and performance has been reliable, we haven't run into false positives that disrupted legitimate business email.

From an ROI perspective, the time saved not having to manually parse DMARC aggregate reports has been the clearest win, what used to be a manual, spreadsheet-heavy exercise is now something we can act on directly from the platform.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

The main area for improvement is around reporting granularity. The reporting UI can require a few extra clicks to drill into sender-level detail, which slows down investigation when something looks off.

Onboarding was solid overall, but getting to full enforcement took longer than initially scoped, partly due to the number of legacy senders we had to track down.

On the AI/intelligence side, automated sender identification is helpful but still needs manual verification before we're comfortable enforcing policy, so it's more of an assist than a full automation.

None of these are dealbreakers, but they're worth flagging for teams evaluating the platform at scale across multiple sites

Before Valimail, our email authentication setup was largely reactive, DMARC was in monitoring mode across our domains, but making sense of the aggregate reports and identifying which senders were legitimate versus which needed to be blocked was a manual, spreadsheet-heavy process. That made it hard to move confidently toward enforcement, since getting it wrong risked blocking genuine business and clinical communications across our sites.

With Valimail, we've been able to move from passive monitoring to active enforcement with much more confidence. The platform gives us clear, centralised visibility into every sending source across our domains, so instead of manually cross-referencing logs we can see authorised versus unauthorised senders at a glance and act on them directly. That's meaningfully reduced our exposure to email spoofing and phishing attempts impersonating our domains, which matters a lot in a healthcare environment where trust in email communications with patients, families, and partners is critical.

The practical benefit has been time and risk reduction in roughly equal measure. What used to take our security team hours of manual report parsing each month is now handled through the dashboard, freeing that time up for other security priorities, while our domain protection posture is materially stronger than when we were relying on monitoring alone

I find Valimail helpful for making the implementation of the records easy and keeping track of major breaks. The sales team was good with the technical recommendation, and the platform is relatively straightforward to use. It's pretty easy to have, at a glance, all sending monitored emails and see what may be breaking.

**What do you dislike about Valimail?**

I wish Valimail had more customizable alerts to notify us when there's a failure on the domains. Right now we have to either review all alerts or check constantly every day, which is a bit inconvenient. It would be great if Valimail provided recommendations for fixing issues, as many teams, including IT engineers and CRM folks, aren't super familiar with email deliverability and we often don't know what to look for/what to do with the results shared.

I appreciate that Valimail is free and helps me track all my domains, which is great since I manage multiple newsletters. It provides valuable insights by identifying the source of emails, tracking email volume, and managing DKIM and SPF records. The platform also offers suggestions to improve email deliverability. Moreover, I find it very easy to use for email deliverability purposes, including inboxing. It's also useful in knowing how many emails are being sent from which domain and through which ESP, like Google Workspace and Beehiiv. I highly recommend it because there is no other free alternative like it.

I don't like that the pricing for Valimail isn't displayed on the website. Instead, you have to get in touch with the sales team to find out the prices.

It gives me in-depth, behind-the-scenes email details that I couldn’t possibly know otherwise, along with a really clear UX and straightforward, easy-to-follow recommendations for fixing issues. Setup was smooth: connecting it to my domain manager was simple, and I didn’t need a subscription to cover the essentials or to earn those beloved green “Excellent” labels. I don’t check it very often, but it’s clearly doing its job quietly in the background. I haven’t looked into the cost of upgrading yet, but even on the free account it still feels like great value for money. When I get the time, I’ll probably reach out to support so I can get my clients set up too. I’m really glad Mailchimp recommended this product.

Valimail is awesome at providing assistance and answers to questions you may have. If you are new to the industry or do not have a lot of experience with SPF and DKIM they are awesome at showing you and providing any knowledge you may need. It also intergrates well with our windows environment as I personally have never had any issues with emails being sent on behalf of the organization after Valimail has completed their part.
