It helps prevent spoofing of our domains, protects our SPF and DMARC records, and overcomes limitations on the number of allowed SPF records. It also provides useful metrics on successful and unsuccessful email delivery, and alerts us to applications or devices sending unauthorised emails from our domain. I wasn’t able to even try out value mail to set up process was frustrating. I know for a fact that current users of value Mill have not gone through the same issues even though value male stated it was industry standard. My assistant recommended value male because she has other business contacts that currently use value mail, and they even stated that the issues we were running into were nonexistent for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Valimail? Setting up Valimail was a major challenge, and there was no solution to the issues we faced. I don't like the customer service, the support, or the explanations provided. It was a horrible experience overall, leading us to switch back to Mailchimp, which didn't give us setup issues. Valimail claimed to be industry standard, but that wasn't the case. Multiple verification processes that kept us going in a loop. Emails not going out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
