**What do you like best about Redlist?**

The most impressive help has been the elimination of meaningless manual data entry positions. We now use the valuable time to analyze data and make the most valuable decisions.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

Internet based and cloud based hosting has it's issues anywhere you go. When the internet or power or Redlist's cloud hosting goes down, we suffer with productivity. But that is hard to blame on them.

**What problems is Redlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We automated our billing, billing approvals, time cards, pre-post trip inspections, company forms, maintenance record keeping, and maintenance calendars. Those used to be about one person per task listed, so that is a lot of man power that we have been able to turn towards much more effective uses of their time.

User-friendly, great simple layout, easy to navigate.

They are quick to address any issues. If there is someone we don't like it gets fixed quickly.

Keeping track of daily pre-trip inspections has become a lot easier. We always have them handy in case of an audit.

The software is slowing loading information from time to time.

Great product for those with a large or small fleet that need help managing the day to day operations of their equipment.

We have been able to bill our customers much quicker by utilizing Redlist.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

All information needed stay on top of vital information is readily available daily. From truck information to profit and loss info. The reporting for expenses and revenue.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

Sometimes it can be a little glitchy - and we have experienced the loss of data - most times temporarily. Dependant on the internet to keep and hold information. When we are out of service is when we experience the data loss most.

**Recommendations to others considering Redlist:**

Red list solves many of the daily operational problems such as data gathering, reporting, tracking, P&L information. The best feature is the ability to work with the team to customize what you want.

**What problems is Redlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking jobs and all related material such as receipts, job reporting for customers, inspection documents all in one place. Tracking vehicle maintenance and inspections. Profit and loss, Hours tracking.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

Working with Redlist has helped our company with our MSHA requirements, inspections, and reporting. When MSHA does an inspection, it is easy to pull reports and supply them with all the information requested. 
We also use Redlist for our trucking to complete pre and post trip reporting. When drivers have any items fail, Redlist sends a notification to our mechanics immediately. They order any needed parts and schedule the repairs ASAP limiting down time. 
The monthly reports are great for helping us stay on top of fuel, oil and hours worked on jobs. Overall Redlist has helped us streamline our processes, save money, and supply more information on how we are doing as a company.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

The only dislike is  getting all employee on board with using it.

We have been able to solve reporting and tracking issues.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

The support which is provided by the Red List team is one of the defining features of this application. It was pretty rough in the beginning but they listened to our feedback ad were quick to implement changes which greatly improved the useability of the application.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

The application can have times where it is not the most stable, especially if you do not have good cellular signal. The application can also be glitchy at times, however the positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

**Recommendations to others considering Redlist:**

Ensure that Red List is fully aware of all of your requirements prior to going live with the system.

Red List has helped our company to integrate multiple uses into a single platform thus streamlining the operation and minimizing the efforts needed to perform day to day tasks.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

Redlist is pretty user friendly once you get used to it. I like that it can be as simple or as complicated as you need it to be.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

I do wish that the dashboard view could be customized to show what I need it to without having to switch queues constantly.

**Recommendations to others considering Redlist:**

Take some time to learn all of the capabilities and don't hesitate to reach out to the customer service when needed. They are very responsive.

It helps me to see what jobs we have going on. It also helps me see the past jobs that we have done so I can repeat them for a customer.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

The personnel at Redlist are an email or phone call away. The product that they have built is astounding and continues to grow as more industries see the abilities of the company. With each day, more valid tools are provided to companies and reach far beyond any form provided by the regulatory agencies.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

At this time, I have no dislikes. From the first day of our launch, the company was on-site to provide hands-on training and took time to describe each feature in detail to our employees.

**Recommendations to others considering Redlist:**

Try the product for one month, and if you are not completely satisfied, I will be shocked!

**What problems is Redlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Redlist is a "one-stop-shop" for all safety, production, and maintenance needs. The form that we have built together allows each location member to promote safety in the workplace: equipment inspections, workplace examinations, safety protocols, PO designations, and detailed questions to each form. The hazard recognition software allows personnel to alert management immediately of a hazardous condition. 

The benefits of Redlist far outweigh the old standards of filling out a paper, dispersing the paper to management, keeping up with paper records, and becoming misplaced. The ipad feature allows personnel to do the assigned tasks and are more productive.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

I liked the easy to use interface and design. It made a lot of the paperwork go very quickly. The customer support was a huge help in situations that I couldn't figure out.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

With Redlist, there were some things that didn't make sense or that made completing jobs harder to do. Information would get lost at times and it would be hard to complete.

**What problems is Redlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Redlist, it is east to keep track of assets in the system and what there locations are. As long as you input them correctly. Redlist has made my inspection times more efficient with the easy to use interface.

From my day to day job assignments and requirements to my payroll info to all forms needed to complete my job Redlist has them readily available to fill out, make changes, and ready to send in.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

If I do multiple jobs with the same equipment it doesn't carry my inspection over to next job assignment

**Recommendations to others considering Redlist:**

If you want an all in one app for maintenance, job assignments, and employees times and forms  this should be your go to!

We have different types of equipment requiring different types of inspection forms and Redlist is great at adding or keeping up with needed adjustments

I love that we can add documents to the job so that my team has access to everything they need

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

I wish that i could delete jobs all the way. I also wish there was a better way to do a timeline for our cranes (month to month)

Make sure you have a list of everything you want to be mass uploaded to the program I.E. Equipment

I like the support that I have. In my last year they have customized the Redlist Maintenance System to meet all our needs from a business need.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

I didn' t have anything that I disliked every suggestion I had to build the system to meet the business needs they were there to add it and support everything we asked for. The staff at Redlist followed up with me weekly and made sure that our needs were fully meet.

We had a small snag at the beginning with PDFs, it was realized that it was on our end and Redlist made sure that we got the resolved and fixed to complete track are items efficiently.

As a dispatcher REDLIST has made my job easier the system they provide makes tasks that would be difficult very easy and user friendly.

The syncing times on the app can be a little long and won't always sync.

Redlist helps solve problems with dispatch that other companies do not have. The communication aspect is awesome and allows me to easily dispatch my guys.

I haven't been able to use it in a functional way yet. We track our time on it but could be more user friendly for our work environment

Loading could be a little slow at times but overall it does work as it should.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

I liked how you felt they were a part of your team.  It was more than a client/vendor relationship.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

Sometimes they would allow us to go out of scope trying to be accommodating when I feel it would have been a cleaner product if that was a little more structured and the expectatons were more defined.

**What problems is Redlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data collection was a huge issue.  We were able to track jobs and daily tasks much better.  We were also able to create reports that were meaningful for decision making.

The ease of data input & the ability to use either a computer or a phone. The auto functions are great as you input information, so it doesn't get lost.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

The fact our 6S scoring is not automatically added up. You have to manually input that information as well as the percentage.

It is easy to use & works well in my manufacturing environment.

When safety issues are entered, work orders are automatically generated & sent to the responsible person for attention.

I like that Redlist has all of the information and documents that I need in one app

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

It is constantly refreshing and downloading new data and if you don't wait for it and make changes to time it doesn't save the changes. It has moved my timers around and even lost some.

Everyone's phone numbers are in there so it is really easy to get ahold of co workers

That it's getting faster. Ability to keep track of my time

The time it would take to sync to updated assignments. It should auto send a copied inspection for the day to my email

It is keeping everything we have in to one app which is nice. I like that the office is able to trouble shoot any issues with us.

The developers we're very resourceful knowledgeable and took the time to perfect the tools within the software.

At the beginning there was a few hiccups but the team worked through them and developed a great product!

The most helpful tool with Redlist is the ability to change the forms yourself. It makes it quick and easy to make any minor changes.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

The downside of Redlist is sometimes changes are made overnight and your forms will get messed up.

The forms are customizable and fairly easy to create.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

Unable to create my own reporting.  The program required a lot of customization which was very time-consuming.  The estimate to deliver was very underestimated.

The product was purchased for injury and inspection data collection which it wasn't specifically built for.

Providing transparency with the end-users.  Being able to collect all data in one central location.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

UI is sleek and intuitive. The entire app is very user friendly with options built in for more advanced users as well.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

Only downside I have is sometimes having to restart the app to get it to update, which is continually being improved upon with the developers.

**What problems is Redlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing RedList for time keeping and accountability is much easier than pen and paper tracking.

Super helpful in organizing both employees and equipment. 1 stop shop for payroll, dispatch, asset management, and everything else under the Sun!

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

Nothing. They are great with amazing customer support when there are issues!

**What problems is Redlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dispatching and organizing 100 pieces of equipment and over 110 employees.

Instant reference for how machine performed in the past.

Sometimes system gets glitchy because of connectivity issues.

Best reference tool for history and inspection record of all types of equipment. Helps start the shift knowing what prior issues operator may have experienced.

**What do you like best about Redlist?**

I like the flexibility of the ReList team to make changes and the overall functionality of the system.

**What do you dislike about Redlist?**

The most frustrating issue is how long it takes to make changes. The time it takes to go between screens and the way screens look on the app are poor.

**What problems is Redlist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are tracking many more things with the help of Redlist, employee suggestions tracking is a new problem we are solving.  Work assignments will be next.

Convenient to have all of our inspections, tickets and policies in one place

Still a little slow on loading information and doesn't always work when the cell service or wifi service is weak.

Ease of use in a daily setting. It has a wide range of needed applications and makes work very easy.  It is also very intuitive in application.
