Real-time spoofing alerts, with detailed DMARC analytics and clear visual reporting. BIMI support helps enable brand logo display in inboxes. Automated SPF management (PowerSPF) simplifies ongoing SPF upkeep, while threat intelligence and abuse reporting add useful context when investigating issues. It also offers hosted MTA-STS and TLS-RPT services.

Overall, it helps me identify who is sending mail on behalf of my domain, block unauthorised senders, and improve email deliverability. It also reduces phishing and business email compromise (BEC) risks, and makes it easier to demonstrate email security compliance to management and auditors.

**What do you like best about PowerDMARC?**

Running IT for a non-profit organization often means making compromises. You may know the correct solution to a problem, but it can still be a struggle to get new budget items approved.

PowerDMARC is one of those rare services that delivers an incredibly useful, powerful, and flexible product at a price point that feels genuinely approachable and affordable.

Email security—spam and spoofing in particular—is always a challenge, but it’s especially concerning in the non-profit space, where a single successful spoofing campaign against our donors could have a severe financial impact. SPF records helped, but they were sometimes time-consuming as we worked to integrate disparate email and fundraising platforms. DMARC was a step in the right direction, but making practical use of the reporting files wasn’t feasible for us without third-party software.

PowerDMARC made those headaches go away. The setup process was incredibly simple, and we were able to approach it in small steps. Some of our domains were more susceptible to spoofing attempts, and we wanted to secure those first, but in a careful way that ensured we didn’t interrupt day-to-day operations.

The UI made it easy to see how DMARC changes were affecting our mail and to identify which services would be impacted, while still temporarily allowing delivery. Since using PowerDMARC and implementing their recommendations, we’ve reduced spoofing of our domain to essentially zero, with no service interruptions.

Single Sign-On integration with MS365 also makes access to the service simple and secure. Compared with the other services we tested, it really was no competition.

**What do you dislike about PowerDMARC?**

There are several add-on features, such as Hosted SPIF. I’d really appreciate more transparent pricing for these add-ons, rather than having to click “Request Feature” just to find out.

I also feel that certain capabilities, like passkeys, should be included as standard features instead of being treated as extras.

**What problems is PowerDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The various email security options like DMARC, SPF, BIMI, etc. are great, but they can feel a bit convoluted if you’re not already familiar with them. This is especially true for a small organization where the IT team doesn’t need to make changes regularly, because then every update ends up feeling like you have to re-learn the syntax and terminology.

PowerDMARC makes the process much simpler. It’s easy to set up, and even easier to make changes when you need to. If you do make a mistake or misconfigure something, it’s straightforward to roll it back or quickly see where things went wrong.

It also provides a huge amount of visibility into our email flow, which helps us stay confident that everything is configured according to industry best practices.

**What do you like best about PowerDMARC?**

We brought PowerDMARC in as the email authentication layer for our managed clients, and it has become one of the easier vendors in our stack to actually operationalize. Today we run 13 domains across nine client accounts on our own white-labeled portal, spanning law firms, medical, financial services and construction — a range of environments with very different sending profiles.<br><br>What sold us early was how easy it is to use. Onboarding a new client domain is quick, the dashboards are readable without training a tech on them first, and the reporting flexibility has been genuinely useful in daily work. We pull monthly reports for client-facing reviews and daily reports when we are actively moving a domain from p=none toward enforcement and need to watch what breaks. Having both cadences available means we are not choosing between executive-level summary and operational detail.<br><br>The API capabilities matter just as much. Being able to pull domain and reporting data programmatically means DMARC posture lives alongside the rest of our client reporting instead of becoming one more portal a technician has to remember to check. Combined with hosted SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, it keeps us out of chasing DNS edits at every client every time a sending source changes. Report ingestion has been reliable and timely throughout — we have never had to explain a missing week of data to a client, which is the bar that matters.<br><br>On cost, the MSP model prices sensibly against what it replaces. DMARC is one of the few security controls with a concrete, demonstrable outcome — spoofed domain traffic stopped, deliverability protected — so the ROI conversation with clients is refreshingly direct. Onboarding was smooth and we were productive quickly rather than sitting through a long enablement cycle, and support has been responsive when we have needed it.

my only negative is the need to buy anything with minimums, as a MSP I really like to pay exactly for what I use and nothing more. their minimum Is low which was an attractive solution for us still but in general I dislike minimums since I dont always want to move a base of clients to every platform I use.

**What do you like best about PowerDMARC?**

I’ve been a PowerDMARC partner for about two years now, after spending six months trialling and assessing more than a dozen DMARC platforms. To start with, the DMARC reporting is incredibly detailed and lets me analyse the data in a way I haven’t been able to with other platforms. As an email deliverability expert, that level of insight is essential. The hosted SPF, DKIM, MTA-STA, and BIMI services are also very useful, especially hosted SPF for domains that run into the 10-record lookup limit.

I white-label PowerDMARC and resell it to my clients, so branding really matters. The portal customisation is straightforward to set up, and the custom-branded reports are easy to generate.

As a consultant, helping clients uncover email delivery issues through DMARC reports is much easier with PowerDMARC than with any other platform I’ve used. It’s quick to onboard a new client, simple to roll out the various hosted DNS services, and the tools for generating DMARC, BIMI, and related records are fantastic.

PowerDMARC also continues to develop new features and improve functionality, and they provide excellent, regular communications about updates and email-related news that keep me up to date on key topics.

The service works very well and is pretty easy to set up and use. Support is excellent and pro-active. I like the grading scale; it really shows what's going on with a domain and provides an excellent way to show value to my clients. And they are continually adding features to make it even better. So what's not to like? Pricing is very reasonable, and more than pays for itself.

There are some things that could be clearer in terms of explanation, like what the scores mean, but their service dept. will help explain them.

**What problems is PowerDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They definitely help with managing SPF. They dereference where SPF is pointing, and help point out where a client might be having problems. Of course, they also help reduce SPF paths, which many people don't even realize can cause them problems. They've also made the reporting components of DMARC actually useful by using the data to provide meaningful reports, instead of just sending informational, but largely useless, email messages. And they help troubleshoot problem areas or places where there are spoof gaps, etc.

Ease of use and clean reporting. Pricing is fair for all tiers. Support is fast and onboarding was a breeze. Never have seen performance issues. Haven't used any integrations or AI yet to comment on them.

Fast, efficient, to the point, really friendly and full of innovations keep appearing in the admin control panel - features that we the customers have asked for, and that they have delivered and then some.

And it continues.

Whenever I have had an issue with a client, the excellent support staff at PowerDMARC jumps to the rescue.

In my 5 years of experience working with them, really closely, as a valuable partner, I can honestly say: NO!

My clients now acquire a sense of inner calm, inner peace, and a notion that they are being well looked after. DMARC, as we know, ensures that the domains cannot be spoofed, which in itself is great. Naturally, the key selling point is, apart from that, also that more emails reach the inbox of the intended recipient, which, in the case of a mailout, effectively means possibly more money in the bank.

**What do you like best about PowerDMARC?**

 PowerDMARC has made it easy to setup required email DNS records and maintain them. It is nice to be able to see the reports and verify the domain is setup correctly and operating as it should. The service has always been consistent and support has always been prompt, when needed. I have used them for years now and everything remains amazing!

**What do you dislike about PowerDMARC?**

There is nothing I dislike about PowerDMARC, but there is little quirks that can be annoying in the interface. When you click on a link, it may not take you to the page with the domain selected, you just have to select the domain again. So, things work, they are just little quirks that can be annoying at times. Over all, the interface is pretty easy to navigate.

I really appreciate the people in the PowerDMARC Sales and Support departments, especially Muqthar Javad in Support, who provided essential guidance for setting up integrations. His availability was impressive, as I was able to schedule a meeting with him just two hours after receiving a link to his calendar. It was meant to be a 30-minute meeting, but he stayed on for about an hour to ensure everything was covered. Garine Kevorkian from Sales has been very helpful with my questions about the platform's front-end and pricing. Both Muqthar and Garine respond to my emails promptly, usually within less than an hour. Additionally, PowerDMARC is the best option I've found for SMBs, online entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors, as it's the only platform hosting all the necessary protocols for email domain protection. It requires no prior experience in email authentication or DNS zone file manipulation to deploy DMARC on a domain. Setting it up as a user is incredibly simple, and even as an MSSP, it's straightforward unless integrating with third-party SaaS.

PowerDMARC helps address email deliverability issues which is overlooked by many. Email is not a set and forget, but also needs to be monitored which PowerDMARC allows you to do, including alerts. And so many don't know what other services they user that is impacting their deliverability (like 3rd party email marketing systems).

PowerDMARC is a very powerful tool. Being able to host SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI in one platform really helps and makes things much easier to manage. The platform is also MSP-friendly, and the built-in troubleshooting tools are useful when you need to diagnose issues.

PowerDMARC continues to impress me with the constant innovation they bring to the platform. What I particularly like is how they keep adding meaningful features that go beyond basic DMARC analysis.
Their hosted services for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are extremely valuable and make implementation and management much easier. 
Another important aspect for me is the quality of their support and team — they are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers succeed.
Overall, PowerDMARC is not just a DMARC analysis tool, but a complete email authentication and deliverability platform. 
In my opinion, it remains one of the best solutions on the market.

What impressed us most was the end-to-end visibility it provides — within days of onboarding, we could see every single system sending emails on behalf of our domains across all five of our company domains. That level of transparency is something we simply did not have before.

- The gradual enforcement approach — moving from monitoring to quarantine to reject — was well-structured and gave us confidence to enforce without risking business disruption. Besides the obvious upside of having incredible email health visibility for all my customers, I love the PowerAnalyzer tool that allows me to generate reports for any prospect simply using their email domain. It's an extremely easy way to provide clarity to their email security without having to gain any access to their existing systems.

One of the things I would like to see added to PowerDMarc is the ability to add or remove premium features without having to reach out to a sales rep. I would be much more likely to sign up for these features if I could do it at will instead of going through a person.

I really like that PowerDMARC's website has everything I need to know, including all the tutorials to ensure my emails are compliant. Making sure my emails are DMARC verified is essential for me. Their support team is helpful, especially when I emailed them about DKIM issues, as they provided solutions and guidance. I also find their tutorials very helpful. The initial setup of PowerDMARC was really easy.

Like I said, I have to email their support email to try and get some information on DKIM. And, also, when I set up SPF, it didn't work with Google because I didn't include Google in my SPF. Managed to do my own research and figured it all out. But it'd be great if they could have that information ready.

I really appreciate how convenient it is to handle all the DMARC settings within a single, user-friendly platform. Their support team has been excellent in walking us through set up and troubleshooting for our specific clients.

**What do you dislike about PowerDMARC?**

I would like to see more customization options available in the Whitelabel section. Some of the current image sizing choices don't work well with our logo, which isn't a major issue, but having more flexibility would be a nice improvement.

Additionally, switching between clients in the MSSP view is a little tedious. Right now, you have to log in as a specific client and then log out to return to the MSSP view. It would be much easier if there were a "User/Client" drop-down menu in the upper right corner, allowing you to quickly switch back and forth.

From the initial implementation to ongoing customer support, they make the process straightforward, even for someone without a technical background. Their deployment team is always ready to guide an engineer step by step, ensuring that everything goes smoothly and nothing breaks during deployment.

I really can't find any significant downsides. While the pricing is somewhat higher, the excellent customer service and support make up for it. Whenever we open a ticket, we typically receive a response the same day, and they are quick to resolve or assist with any email delivery issues.

Easy to use and great tools for troubleshooting. Theres also great guides that take you through the process of setup. We have most of our managed domains in PowerDMARC, as integration is very easy. We use PowerDMARC almost everyday for its various reporting tools. So when were not setting up new domains were monitoring our current ones. Customer Support also is very responsive, on the odd occassion where I need support, an advisor is back in touch within the hour.

There isn't much we dislike about PowerDMARC.

DMARC, DKIM and SPF policies are held in one place, which makes it easy to pick and choose what settings are required for each domain. 

We havent go to spend time typing out a policy as we can use sliders to get our desired settings, which is then made for us. 

We can see how secure we are bu the reporting. 

We also get great reporting tools which we show our end users.

I think the best part is not the software but the support from their Teams. We have worked with multiple members of their support for both product support as well as implementation specialist. Everyone has always been very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication from everyone has been amazing for the best experience. Camilo Suarez, our implementation specialist has been by far the best to work with as we work toward enforcing DMARC. The product itself is very easy to use and have not had any issues.
