What do you like best about VAIRKKO?

The wide range of features gives our EMS agency the best platforms to operate from. Even though we have had the platform for quite a while, we are finding new ways to utilize the features better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VAIRKKO?

There are some features we would like to personalize. Unfortunately they are likely a more complicated coding issue rather than a simple change made on the user side. We understand this, but it would be nice to have those capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VAIRKKO solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been solving asset management issues by actually utilizing that platform and assigning equipment to units and personnel. We also recently began using the schedular for all of our scheduling needs, even those outside our core schedule—for example, special events, training, and event coverage. What do you like best about VAIRKKO?

This software is easy to use, and their customer service/support is the best! The Admin dashboard is very intuitive and shows you your statistics at a glance. i reviewed three other vendors when we were looking to purchase this type of software. While the other vendors offered some features, they were not as user-friendly as Vairrko. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VAIRKKO?

I have yet to find anything that I do not like, and we have utilized this software for a little over a year. I don't think this software could be any better, as I feel Vairikko has thought of everything when tracking training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about VAIRKKO?

Knowing what people have which certifications is a pain. Keeping them up-to-date even more. Certification Cloud makes that process easy for everyone for teamleads, management to employee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

noting, its just SaaS, easy to use, only the single sign on interface could be improved. Its safe, but having to enter the company code at every login is not optimal. This is already on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the way it gives the opportunity to share the recognition and look at people’s profile and see their progress done in past. The other thing that I liked is you can use the same software to do everything like sharing your feeds, marketing, peer recognition, social reach outs, sharing media and many more things.
