What do you like best?

I liked the way it gives the opportunity to share the recognition and look at people’s profile and see their progress done in past. The other thing that I liked is you can use the same software to do everything like sharing your feeds, marketing, peer recognition, social reach outs, sharing media and many more things. What do you dislike?

HR Cloud should add some company specific pages in itself like the benefits page or the patrol page, so that employees can do everything from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Purchase it, you will not regret it. It will help you so much once implemented. It is a great tool. Research it before purchasing it and you will be happy. It may take awhile to get adjusted but it is so worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I like the system reporting available to Admin users. Also, I enjoy the compilation of information it holds for each user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The schedule is slower than the Classic version which can be annoying since I use the scheduling about 15-20 times a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
