Even though we have had the platform for quite a while, we are finding new ways to utilize the features better. **What do you dislike about VAIRKKO?** There are some features we would like to personalize. Unfortunately they are likely a more complicated coding issue rather than a simple change made on the user side. We understand this, but it would be nice to have those capabilities. **Recommendations to others considering VAIRKKO:** Vairkko is willing to work with you to find a solution for your needs. Talk with their team and I am sure they can work toward a solution for your needs. **What problems is VAIRKKO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been solving asset management issues by actually utilizing that platform and assigning equipment to units and personnel. We also recently began using the schedular for all of our scheduling needs, even those outside our core schedule—for example, special events, training, and event coverage. We also just started using the onboarding/offboarding platforms. ### 2. Tracking Training . . . The Admin dashboard is very intuitive and shows you your statistics at a glance. i reviewed three other vendors when we were looking to purchase this type of software. While the other vendors offered some features, they were not as user-friendly as Vairrko. **What do you dislike about VAIRKKO?** I have yet to find anything that I do not like, and we have utilized this software for a little over a year. I don't think this software could be any better, as I feel Vairikko has thought of everything when tracking training. **What problems is VAIRKKO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer have a clerk to assist with tracking our safety traning, and Virkko helps fill this gap. With Vairkko, it fills the gap that we have by not having a clerk. Keeping them up-to-date even more. Certification Cloud makes that process easy for everyone for teamleads, management to employee. **What do you dislike about VAIRKKO?** noting, its just SaaS, easy to use, only the single sign on interface could be improved. Its safe, but having to enter the company code at every login is not optimal. This is already on the roadmap. **Recommendations to others considering VAIRKKO:** just ask for an account with a few licenses and start using it. It is so easy, and with the perfect guided onboarding you will see the benefits real soon. **What problems is VAIRKKO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy insights, easy managing re-certifications, planning certifications and statusses for all staff. Just being in control of all certificates it so great. and having the certificates in PDF is easy for RFP's. ### 4. Real time savings on cloud and accessible over glove. Scalability due to cloud. The other thing that I liked is you can use the same software to do everything like sharing your feeds, marketing, peer recognition, social reach outs, sharing media and many more things. **What do you dislike about VAIRKKO?** HR Cloud should add some company specific pages in itself like the benefits page or the patrol page, so that employees can do everything from one place. **What problems is VAIRKKO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have realized the benefits like great improved social culture, increased productivity due to the employee rewards and enthusiasm in employees. ### 7. Research it before purchasing it and you will be happy. Also, I enjoy the compilation of information it holds for each user. **What do you dislike about VAIRKKO?** The schedule is slower than the Classic version which can be annoying since I use the scheduling about 15-20 times a day. **Recommendations to others considering VAIRKKO:** If you are looking for something that has scheduling solutions and tracking for employees this is a great option. **What problems is VAIRKKO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certification tracking, Scheduling, Memo tracking.
