1. Visual representation of the user journey
2. Highlights the touchpoints and pain points of users which they while interacting product or service
3. Also helps to build a consistent application

**What do you dislike about UX Map?**

1. Requires through user research. If the research is not conducted properly can lead to bias and incorrect interpretation

2. Time Consuming
3. To create UX map some times need to collect user data which can be unethical

**What problems is UX Map solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a seamless experience for users. Understanding user's pain points

A lot easy for designers to create journey maps in the system, and there are more things as well.
