It helps bring user feedback, product updates and user engagement into one place, which makes it easier to close the loop between what users need and what we build. From a product perspective, I like how easy it is to get started and how quickly teams can plug it into their existing workflows. It gives product teams a better way to drive adoption, collect feedback and keep users aligned with the product roadmap. The team is also very responsive and clearly moving fast. Would love to see more integrations and flexibility as the platform scales, but overall, it’s a very solid product and a great addition to a modern product stack. **What do you dislike about Userorbit?** There’s not much to dislike so far. I’d like to see more integrations with the tools that product and growth teams already use, along with a bit more flexibility in customising some of the workflows. But overall, these are more opportunities for the product to go deeper rather than major gaps. **What problems is Userorbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** UserOrbit helps us make the product experience more proactive and self-serve. For a PLG team, it gives us better ways to guide users at the right moments, improve feature discovery and drive adoption without relying heavily on manual intervention from the product or customer success teams. The biggest benefit for us is being able to experiment quickly with different ways of engaging users and see what actually moves the needle on product adoption. ### 2. We were able to integrate the feedback and tour options seamlessly into our product. We’ve also been able to announce features and updates to our users as we deploy new releases. On top of that, the analytics features like session replays and surveys have been really helpful for understanding user behaviour. **What do you dislike about Userorbit?** There are a lot of features, which is great, but it can take some time to navigate and figure everything out.
