**What do you like best about User Profiles for Jira?**

The ability to create user profiles in Jira using Microsoft IDs, is a game changer. It connects to an existing directory that makes it extremely easy to onboard all users without extra side work

**What do you dislike about User Profiles for Jira?**

So far, I haven't found a real downside to the way profiles are created into Jira

**What problems is User Profiles for Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jira is a fantastic tool to use when you have a big project and/or task that requires a multitud of users working at unison. Because you have the ability to tag them using their existing Microsoft ID, you can bring to people's attention any item that is assigned, outstanding or simply new tasks. Jira sends automated emails every time a user is assigned to a task, but you can also access its dashboard where every task is managed by the individual user.
