This is a complete and reliable service. They receive my mail, show me frontal scans, and then open and scan mail by request. I can request that they forward mail to addresses in the US or even send checks to deposit in my bank. I am an American expat living abroad. This service does everything I need it to do for me. I am frustrated by the individual fees for each package that I return through US Global Mail. I recently sold my apartment and moved to Germany. I absolutely needed a virtual mail box because my local post office did not have any free mail boxes. I love the fact that US Global Mail forwards incoming checks to my bank. I use that company almost every day. The website is fairly easy to use although the interface can sometimes a bit confusing.
