The alerts can be slightly annoying if you don't take the time to configure the monitoring properly. leaving it at default settings means you're going to have servers all over the globe pinging sites that may depend on a more localized traffic which might cause some false alerts. I don't have any major dislikes. I like the interface, branding, and functionality. I've had times where I've forgotten that UpTrends was there at all, until I'd power cycle a machine and get an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to tier your monitors between types. I like the dashboard views, both personal and team, that can be set up. I really love the integrations with other applications, such as pagerduty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike not being able to mass clear false positives. If you have a false positive, or you forget to enable maintenance mode during a scheduled window, the only way to clear the "downtime" from the system is to open a support ticket with their team and have them remove it. I also dislike that when adding new real-browser (think selenium) style monitors, they have to be individually reviewed, and at least when we set these up about a year ago, you couldn't queue up the entirety of your monitors for review, but had to keep going back and submitting for review after a monitor had been approved.
