We have used Uptrends for over 10 years now and has provided great alerting on our servers and websites to ensure our sites and services are accessible from anywhere in teh world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only limitation we would like to see addressed in the next release would be more granular monitoring of server-level services, and potentially more automations to trigger remediation actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uptime monitoring and Synthetic users setup and operational with in and hour. No changes (code OR config) required what so ever for monitoring web application and its simple and with in few clicks. This is very easy to implement.

Detailed monitoring options, like type of Browser, synthetic users can be from any country/location across world, concurrent calls to avoid false posititves, detailed developer console reprots for torubleshooting, and many more capabilities.

Synthetic users can simulate user journey, for eg: Product discovery or checkout

RUM with little to no effort through GTM script injection. Integration with website is very easy for RUM.

Robust reporting and scheduling options.

Great customer support, always get back with in day with a detailed and accurate response. Number #1 support team also help with setup of synthetic user journeys or anywhere you are stuck with.

Good tool for web site performance tracking. Web site can be monitored from more than 200 location. Easy to set up and open for integration with chaops or incident management software. Uptrends is an easy to configure website monitoring tool that allows you to confidently oversee the performance of your customers' websites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The alerts can be slightly annoying if you don't take the time to configure the monitoring properly. leaving it at default settings means you're going to have servers all over the globe pinging sites that may depend on a more localized traffic which might cause some false alerts. I don't have any major dislikes. I like the interface, branding, and functionality. I've had times where I've forgotten that UpTrends was there at all, until I'd power cycle a machine and get an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
