# Ways to View Completed Checklists, or Save Them
When the fire inspectors or other vendors come to visit, I may need to show them completed work orders and checklists related to these work orders. I currently do this by opening "completed" work orders on my tablet to show them these completed work orders and checklists. Is there another way to either pull these completed checklists and work orders out, and possibly save them?

# is there any way to adjust the mobile app for the assignees, to show their open and assigned work orders in "My Work" regardless of filters?
My assignees cannot see their assigned work orders, unless they have on the exact same filters that I used to set up the work order. For instance, if I make the assignee part of a team, they can only see the work order if they click on the correct filter, like choosing the correct team name that they are a part of. If they have their filter set to themselves as the worker, it does not show up, because I created the workorder and assigned to a certain "team".

it gets frustrating when you have to click on the same work order 5 times, meanwhile a completed WO from the wrong date displays
