It has a feature of real time data collection and predicitive mainenance feature which helps to spot issues, schedule repairs before downtime . Additionally, the facility to access the mobile version is very convinent to look to the updates on the go. Good customer support. **What do you dislike about UpKeep Edge?** For newbies, process of initial steup and customization is little complex. Lack of integration with third-party tools. During peak time, it becomes laggy especially with heavy set of data sets. **What problems is UpKeep Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to manage maintenance schedules, track equipment and assign resources all in one place. Through sensor data we are able to get the state of the machines at a certain time and be able to act on any developing fault before it leads to a major failure. **What do you dislike about UpKeep Edge?** Our technicians are usually located in areas with poor network connectivity. In case of network failure UpKeep Edge cannot be used and the workers cannot view equipment information and history while in the field. **What problems is UpKeep Edge solving and how is that benefiting you?** The UpKeep Edge has transformed the approach to our equipment maintenance. By using real time data from sensors we are able to identify problems with the equipment before they become major thus avoiding costly downtime and production halts. ### 3.
