I like Cerne’s unified view of infrastructure, cloud, cost, and IT operations. It gives our team better visibility without having to switch between multiple tools. The AI ops event correlation, hybrid cloud monitoring, and FinOps dashboards are especially valuable: they help us identify issues faster, understand resource usage, keep cloud costs under control, and optimize usage. AI ops speeds up issue detection and root cause analysis, and hybrid cloud monitoring gives us a single view of resources. The initial setup was relatively straightforward, and once we configured the platform, it was easy for our team to adopt.
