## About Unito
Unito is an integration platform built for enterprises that need their tools to actually work together. Unito connects 60+ business apps with real-time, two-way sync, so a change in one system shows up in the others in seconds, with full fidelity across fields, comments, attachments, assignees, statuses, and nested work items. No more manual data entry, copy-pasting details between apps, redundant status meetings, or waiting for a status update. Fortune 500 teams use Unito to retire brittle scripts, manual exports, and one-way connectors. Companies like HP, Wix, Warner Bros, Logitech, EY, Boston Scientific, and HubSpot run Unito in production to keep distributed teams aligned across the systems they already own. Common enterprise workflows Unito powers: - Agile delivery at scale. Keep product roadmap tools (Asana, Smartsheet, monday.com, Wrike, Airtable) in lockstep with engineering tools (Jira Cloud, Jira Data Center, Azure DevOps, GitHub). Product managers stay in their planning tool, engineers stay in their dev tool, and the same work item updates on both sides automatically. - Incident escalation. Route ServiceNow incidents and Jira Service Management tickets to engineering queues in Jira or Azure DevOps when a fix needs developer hands. Status, priority, and resolution notes flow back to the IT system of record without copy paste. - RevOps to engineering. Connect Salesforce and HubSpot opportunities, accounts, and cases to project work in Asana, monday.com, or Jira so customer-facing teams trigger and track delivery without leaving the CRM. - Dev to PM visibility. Surface GitHub pull requests, commits, and GitHub issues inside Jira work items, Asana tasks, or ClickUp tasks so program managers see real engineering progress against the plan. - Customer support escalation. Bridge Zendesk and ServiceNow with engineering tools so support tickets that need code changes become tracked work items, with two-way updates so agents can answer the customer without chasing engineers in Slack. What sets Unito apart for enterprise buyers: Depth and fidelity of sync. Unito mirrors the full structure of work, not just titles and statuses. That includes parent and child relationships (epics to stories, projects to tasks, incidents to problems), rich text and formatting in descriptions and comments, custom fields, attachments, and user mappings across tools that name people and fields differently. Business-user friendly. Flows are configured in a no-code UI in minutes. Rules let business owners decide which records sync, in which direction, and how fields map. IT does not become a bottleneck for every new integration. Governance and security. SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, and CCPA compliant. SSO supported. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and Unito does not store the content of synced records. Audit logs and granular permissions give security and platform teams the control they expect. Flexible connector coverage. Unito connects 60+ tools across project management, CRM, ITSM, developer tools, spreadsheets, marketing, and HR, including Asana, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Salesforce, GitHub, HubSpot, monday.com, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Zendesk, Wrike, Airtable, Google Sheets, Jira (Cloud, Data Center, and Service Management), and many more. For enterprises tired of one-way connectors, batch jobs, and integration debt, Unito is the live, two-way sync layer that keeps every tool, and every team, working from the same source of truth. For teams that want to extend Unito programmatically, a public REST API supports custom integrations and workflow automation, including provisioning and managing flows at scale.

## Unito Reviews
  ### 1. Saves us a lot of time!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Unito is intuitive and easy to set up. It saves us so much time when we have projects being tracked across multiple systems. It's the perfect solution for cross-tool workflows and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

The ClickUp integration is still in it's infancy and we depend on it heavily. We are looking forward to seeing this built out in the coming months.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

Once you've thought through your ideal business process, Unito is a breeze to implement.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need to manually sync all of our tasks across different tools, or work in more than one tracking tool at the same time.

  ### 2. Need to save time syncing from Jira to Wrike? Unito is your tool !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Customer service is timely and top notch

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Editing existing syncs needs a bit of work on Unito side to work perfectly

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Editing existing syncs is a current issue. Not all tickets are syncing as expected when editing an existing sync and adding additional sprints to sync.

  ### 3. Great go-between with easy-to-use UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Sr. Marketing Operations Business Analyst - Technology & Data Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

- UI is straightforward
- Support is very responsive
- Saves a TON of time

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

- Can be slightly inconsistent with sync quality
- Many-to-one mapping can be confusing, and sometimes falls short of syncing accurately
- Setup can be confusing if you don't clearly outline your needs first
- "User" management isn't entirely clear

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Unito as a go-between for Wrike (used by our Marketing team) and JIRA (used as the hub of ticketing across the org). At the time we implemented the sync, there was not a direct way to integrate Wrike & JIRA. After a long hunt for a good solution, I came across Unito. This was about a year and a half ago - and I've never needed to find a different synching service. In the past year and a half, I'd estimate I've saved roughly 250-300 hours of legwork as a result of the one sync.

Any time I've needed support, their team has been courteous and found (or are actively working to fin) a solution. It's clear they care that their product is working well. I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot.

  ### 4. Unito simplified getting a lot of information to a lot of different people within the organization.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandy W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

In my organization we are using Trello across all departments. Using Unito to sync boards has made it possible for multiple departments to have access and knowledge where all of our projects are. They also needed to be able to make additions to the cards and have that info update for everyone. What I like best about Unito is how easy it was to set up.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Right now it looks like I can't use Trello's Butler rules while syncing boards.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems solved is making editing info on Trello cards update same cards on multiple boards. It has been very helpful for marketing.

  ### 5. Useful and easy to use but with limited functionality available.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paco C. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Easy to use - no training required. Quick response from Support.Easy integration in Wrike.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Functionality and options easy but limited. I also would like a better process to control the implementation of a new sync... maybe an "undo" option? Also it would be great having some options to trigger actions based in certain rules.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

Try it. With some limited tests you can easily use it without any training.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem is the incomplete and outdated information in management systems (Wrike and Jira). The main benefits are the reliability on the info and maintenance time reduction (set and forget system).

  ### 6. Awesome Product - Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas L. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

It's a huge time saver for my team and it helps us stay organized. It removes a lot of mindless and time consuming work on our end.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

I have to say, honestly there's nothing I dislike about this product. It works as advertised and the customer service is top notch.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

It won't hurt to use the free trail!

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Unito to Sync Trello and Asana. We use Trello to communicate with an outside team, while we use Asana to assign, traffic, and pace our campaigns internally. Without Unito our team would need to individually create Asana tasks for each campaign. We would then have to pull reports and double check if we actually created an Asana task for a given campaign. It was pretty easy to skip that step and when we did we'd have to go back and create one eventually anyway. Since Unito syncs Trello and Asana, we don't have to create the Asana tasks anymore. They are automatically created for us. You can't even imagine how much time this saves. Since our cards are synced we don't have to waste time creating individual tasks or copy / pasting repetitive updates between both products.

  ### 7. Best product to connect board

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Helps me to connect easily all the board of my team.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

At the moment don't give the possibility to connect tasks assigned to a member and date from the checklist.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

Easy to use, good price, save time to manage your work team.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Save time to organize my team and follow the progress of all the projects.

  ### 8. Great tool sync now offering more

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

It allows me to sync across tools like Trello and clickup without having to toggle back and forth and their new workflow offering does even more.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Their price levels are harsh for small businesses or solopreneurs.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cross-tool sync so that I don't have to toggle back and forth.

  ### 9. Great tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce C. | C, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Syncing multiple boards on trello has been awesome!

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

The learning curve was pretty difficult at first. Their live onboarding help was helpful but I wish there was a resource to learn how to use it independently.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

If you have multiplt trello boards, use it!

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple UI/UX design clients. Each has their own Trello board we both have access to. We used Unito to sync each client's board into one, so we could work on all clients at once without moving between boards during out workflow.

  ### 10. Best tool for integrating teams and clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raphael R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

With the tool, it was possible to visualize as a whole the direction the team is taking. Additionally, I was able to integrate it with a tool that analyzes our sprints.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

At the beginning, the availability of support was an issue, as our time zone is quite different from the company's headquarters. But now, they have solved it. I recently realized that there are employees working in other time zones.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

An indispensable tool for those who manage agile projects and use several Trello boards. Remote work would be impossible without Unito.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have boards in Trello for each client. It's impossible to manage sprints that way. With Unito, now we can manage every board into a single one.

  ### 11. Quick and easy setup. Amazing customer service.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keertana S. | Senior Test Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

We use JIRA for internal purposes and Trello as a client-facing tool. It used to be difficult to manage both the updates manually. Unito made it simple and easy for us as we did JIRA - Trello sync. It is easy to manage and has a lot of features and flexibility that we can configure as per our requirements.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

It could have been good if the Attachments, links, and tags in the comments are also synced properly.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to copy the messages from the clients to JIRA and vice versa which is hectic and not a manageable idea. After the sync, we can just sit back and relax and all the comments and progress is visible to both clients and team without any delay

  ### 12. Amazing tool that freed my team from being locked into Jira!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

I like that it lets us work in Trello instead of Jira. I like that we have the freedom of Trello while ensuring that changes made in either system propagate to the other. Using Unito to be able to work in Trello is incredibly freeing and I'm really pleased with how easy this integration is to set up and use!

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

There's really very little to dislike here. This integration is easy to use, and it provides end users with the freedom to use the task manager they choose - not the one they've been handed.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

I definitely recommend this product if you or your team are looking for flexibility to manage work outside of whatever task manager system you've inherited or that your company uses. It's really good!

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work on a team that uses Jira because that is the legacy tool that our Engineering team used. Jira is great for software engineers, but my team is a mixture of code and non-code folks. Jira is glitchy, super heavy, and slow. Not great for a team that needs to move quickly. I searched for a long time to find a way to get out of Jira, but most solutions were expensive or did not solve some of the core issues we have with Jira; namely, that Jira locks issues into statuses and a change in status = a change in kanban column. Unito allows us to dissociate jira issue status from column, so we can structure/view/organize our work however we want without being locked into 'To Do, Doing, Done.' We've become more efficient as a team, and this solution is great and inexpensive!

  ### 13. Usefull Sync for Trello

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Unito?**

The best is the system of synching that u can do with unito, I very love this system.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

if you have a lot of labels and boards the system is a bit slow

Use it! is great

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a communication and marketing agency and we use it for a multisync from Project Manager to all Departments.

  ### 14. Fantastic sync with Trello and JIRA

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | Operations Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

The ease of creating your own custom syncs, we have multiple retainer clients with different work processes, and Unito can handle them all

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

There isn't anything that we dislike with Unito

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

It saves a lot of time and money

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we have multiple clients needing regular updates on their website developments, we use Unito to mainly sync JIRA and Trello. We internally use JIRA and our clients have a slimmed down Trello. Unito makes the process that much easier

  ### 15. Highly recommended

This plugin makes Trello a powerful tool.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

In my view, the timeout needs to be shorter in any version.

Increase team productivity and reduce rework, which would cause a waste of time.

  ### 16. The team is brilliant and compassionate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

The support team is responsive and smart. I spent a fair amount of time getting help setting up a couple of syncs. The team was sharp. Everything they said was useful.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

I don't dislike anything... but I don't use Unito anymore because we stopped using Trello at work.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

Leverage their support team. They saved me a lot of time.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to use Trello across many departments without duplicating cards. It worked very well after the setup process. We were able to centralize information and run our meetings more efficiently.

  ### 17. Keeping our systems tight.

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Ease of setup between platforms.
Solid customer service.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Would like Pipedrive integrated.
Additional logic for rules between services.
Enhanced notices to slack for automation or letting me use Zapier for notices.
Lastly. Templates.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

If you use Everhour you are going to love this.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping Asana and Jira tied together, gives enhanced vis to creatives.

  ### 18. Very good customer support, and solid product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kael S. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Versatile and highly configurable syncs. They have a number of product integrations and they have a great selection of custom options for each integration.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

I believe the new pricing models are a little pricey. Also, they don't have very good user integration between services. Most use a bot user, which you either have to pay for (per service) or kind of loses important user information.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used it to sync GitHub and zendesk with Asana, which we use to manage a our business operations.

  ### 19. Easy to set up. Haven't had any issues or downtime. Great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Unito?**

It's very straightforward to setup, very user friendly. You don't need to be too technical.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Customer service could be more helpful - they were slow to respond and a bit dismissive when I asked them a question.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

It's a great tool if you want to easily integrate different workflow management offerings without much technical knowledge or experience.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better collaboration between teams that use different workflow management tools - no one has to change the way they work as everything can be integrated together

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of work across multiple work groups

  ### 26. Greate Integration tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Unito looks quite affordable and solid. I use Unito's Asana for Jira synchronization and it works perfectly. You can easily tell that the application is built keeping in mind durability and reliability. Jira status can be mapped to any Asana section. Syncs the content of all tasks, comments, subtasks (available as beta) back and forth. Unito also helped me seamlessly reflect my Jira / Asana approaches without data redundancy. The installation process is very fast.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Synchronization times are a bit long. Sometimes we have to start them manually. Data Mapping is not suitable for field mapping, there are alternative methods but it is time consuming.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

It is quick and easy to set up and allows mirrored JIRA approaches without duplicating information. In our use case, Agile allows teams to monitor workflows that are not JIRA members using the entire heavy lifting team.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Unito, you can easily synchronize Asana Jira. All situations are synchronized (I'm talking about Jira Statutes that can be mapped to Asana Sections). Everything from comments to tasks and even subtasks can be synchronized. Customer support is very open to suggestions that can help them improve themselves.

  ### 27. Pretty good

  ### 31. Great as an add on for Trello

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime L. | Production Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Unito?**

I like that it does what it says it does - syncs Trello boards to one another. You set each sync up once and then you don't really need to think about it again.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

The pricing - it is expensive for us as a non-profit with ever changing users.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

Play with it to make sure it is working the way you need it to. It took me a few tries to get it just right. Their support helps a TON and they can log in to your syncs to make suggestions.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer have to update two Trello boards. It does the work for me.

  ### 32. I found it easier using Unito, but I think I could manage it reasonably well if I wrote a script.

**What do you like best about Unito?**

I feel that the ability to integrate various services very easily and without coding is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Regarding the pricing plan, I think it's a waste to be charged for five connectors when I've only created one.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

If you just want to integrate, UNITO is recommended.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A place that automatically integrates tasks with Asana and GitHub

  ### 33. connecting asana to trello

**What do you like best about Unito?**

the fact that the syncs run automatically -- I don't have to trigger every time I need an update. Ability to pick which lists sync'ed and which did not is also useful.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

An expensive way to connect two other programs together, given the fairly simple sync I needed done.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

Easier to just get your team to use a tool that meets all of your needs. Unito only necessary when common tool is insufficient on its own.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has been a critical tool for using Asana (my preferred PM tool) in a context where everyone else on the team is a Trello user.

**What do you like best about Unito?**

I've been using Unito to sync my Github projects with my Wrike projects boards for about 4-5 months now and am thoroughly impressed.

I have Slack, Wrike, Github, and Crisp setup so that I can create new Wrike tasks directly from a conversation in Slack. This syncs with Wrike and then Unito syncs Wrike with my Github issues list. When I push a commit that resolves an issue, Unito automatically closes my ticket in Wrike. Wrike then updates our Slack workspace so my team may stay informed.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

Initially during the setup there were some syncing hiccups however working with their support quickly cleared those up.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

I've used and setup other automation tools for several other industries; Mostly within higher education and non-profits. Unito's product is stellar and has improved my LEAN style of managing

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that much of my workflow is now automated. I don't have to think about updating different Repos issue boards and Wrike. It's easy to close a ticket in one and not the other. Unito perfectly solves this problem.

  ### 39. Fits my needs perfectly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Unito?**

I thought Unito was very easy to use and simple to learn. After tinkering around a little bit, I was able to learn the ins and outs pretty quickly. I was able to link 2 Trello boards together that displayed similar material for different purposes easily.

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

It would be great if 2 independent boards to could be linked to a third central board. We have 2 manufacturing paths in our team and once commercial team. Linking both manufacturing boards to a commercial board would be ideal.

**Recommendations to others considering Unito:**

Support is a bit slow to respond. They have a chat app, but it takes a few hours, if not a day, to get back to you. Once they do though, they give really good support and will set up a call with you if you have questions that need some discussion.

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication, timelines, milestones, and transparency. We will be paying to use Unito soon, just figuring out our process first. I can't wait to implement it!

**Official Response from Xenia Deng:**

> Hey Ryan, thank you for your review! We actually have the merge feature that will allow you to link two boards into a third one. You can find out more about it on guide.unito.io, also our customer support team would love to help you set up!

  ### 40. Perfect!

**What do you like best about Unito?**

Unito syncs most of the fields we need from Wrike to Jira which basiclaly fits our business requirements

**What do you dislike about Unito?**

I really have nothing to dislike about at all

**What problems is Unito solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration using different tools, Unito was able to help us get both of our tools to communicate with each other
